Every turn we don't see a worker on the horse tile encourages me. And then frightens me that he is in no rush to hook up a strategic resource. He's still not in slavery, so he'd have to slow build a chariot, or suffer the 1 turn anarchy.
So we know that he has Mining (2000), BW (8000), AH (2000), Wheel (4000). 2 Warriors (4000), 5 pop (2000) all equals 22000. Top power is 24000, and he is above us on our graph. Missing 2000 in there.
So assuming glorious success, I think the most we can do is choke Azza with an archer or two. His cap is on a hill and he'll have 40% cultural bonus by then. A couple archers aren't going to do anything to warriors. We'll at least need immortals if not metal.
I think the most we can reasonably expect is moderate success, leaving us with 1 archer 1 warrior, or 2 archers. We'll need one to defend the city, and use the other one to fortify on a hill or forest towards his cap.
Man those demos look terrible for us. Hopefully, we can keep the city and resume eastward expansion. If azza doesn't have metal, he'll have to counter-archerZerg us, provided we win. We should be able to repel that if we're paying attention.
Tech path is Wheel-AH and see what happens.
Of course, we are both softening ourselves up for Mr. Agg Praets to the East.

Feel free to take a look at the game. Azza's power went up again, but we're first in demos. His MFG is huge.

Won't be able to get in to the game until later tonight; I don't have my noob spreadsheet attempts at C&D handy either.
I'm guessing he's building another thing for which he has a multiplier. He's chosen to grow his cap large, worst case scenario he's working a bronze tile and two mines. At least two mines regardless. So I'm guessing he's getting +50% on a settler, or is it possible he's going for Stonehenge (also +50%)? I think I had a tech for him which I couldn't place. I can't imagine Henge, it's probably another Settler since he can get close to 20 modified hammers/turn on them. That would be huge for us.

Settler since Henge is done.

Turn rolled while I was in looking at things. I was calculating whether to go 100% gold at the time, ticked the slider that way, and the turn suddenly rolled. We actually didn't lose a turn on wheel, since we were losing a beaker to rounding at 90%. Hooray dumb luck!
I took some pictures, I stupidly moved that archer thinking he couldn't see that tile. Sorry. You should probably play the war turns.
The wheat is not improved and he has one worker on it. No road network even begun to his capital. So I guess we've continued the RB PB tradition of rushing Azza.
Looked through the log and saw timing of Henge, 99.9% certain built by DeGaulle (BoldlyBrickXenu). 2440 BC completion, score increase from 69 -> 85. CHA/IND. Makes sense.
I also had the cap put a turn into an archer before it grows to 2 next turn. We can whip an archer or a WB (which is 1/30 in the queue). Clammy is on WB. Chops come in next turn, so we can stack quite a bit of overflow again. We are due for a 2nd WB in the cap, we can grow in 3 turns (+8 surplus) working a clam and corn at size 2. Quicker growth plus commerce, we need to get to that soon too.

Played both turns earlier today. Kurumi and I chatted during the turns; he rightfully chastised my overuse of the whip. We should be able to get workboats and another settler fairly quickly.
We moved into position outside Azza's 2nd City named Scout with 3 archers and 1 warrior. He's going to have 3 warriors and potentially a turn to whip another one. This might not work out so great. If he gets 4 warriors, we can end up choking him. I did some brief tinkering with combat odds, archers are about 54% against fully-fortified warriors in the city.
Brief double-move disclaimer: we were attempting to play before Azza, but he has been playing his turns consecutively. He would be the last to play, let the turn roll, and then play again. We technically double moved, but we are still one tile outside his borders. If there is fault in this, I should be the one to take it.

Hello my son.
It's an honor to be added to the list of past rushers; we still have to win, though. It wouldn't be good to be the first to have an unsuccessful rush.
