While we're spamming the tech thread today, are any lurkers available to play for me this weekend? I'm going to be out of town Saturday and Sunday so someone will probably need to cover at least two turns for me. I'll leave instructions in thread. Any takers? (On the bonus side since I'm already irrelevant in this game a sub will take no abuse for my abysmal position!)

As an interested impatient spectator, I feel I should point this out:

Okay, yeah. Finally able to post here...yeah, I saw nothing that I hadn't already seen. Except the true face of horror...how much an AI can screw up with just one turn...

Looking up on CFC, looks like it was my Alt-Tab that did it. Alt-Q is retire, and next door. So doing turns in the middle of the night with a teething 10-month-old...not a great idea.

Do you guys really care who subs for me over the weekend? It doesn't make a lot of difference if they're spoiled or not. I'll leave a plan and if they follow it, being spoiled should be irrelevant. And if any of you lot choose to try to annihilate me while I'm gone for the weekend that would probably just lead to a pause anyway. Amirite? I posted this in my thread, about the most annoying thing I could do at this point (other than roll over and just die) would be to hold up the game.

I've had an offer to sub from someone who is spoiled. Do you guys care? I'm going to be gone on Saturday and Sunday for certain, Friday I don't know about yet. Up to you guys.
