Sounds good. After reading that CFC chat it reminded me of Sir Aidun's attempts to get a peace treaty in the previous demogame. Probably not worth much more diplo with CFC unless they give some concrete offers to discuss.

CivFr is not a team that I've ever been able to see/get on chat. However, upon seeing the posted screenshots, I think we should send this follow-up message:
Draft to CivFr Wrote:CivFr,
We sent that last message before seeing the new turn. We see now that your team is supplying our enemy with ivory, so they now have a couple war elephants. Can you please stop this gift immediately? Our last message was genuinely intended to offer aid to your team, but we cannot do that if you're going to help out our enemy.
Thanks,
scooter - Team RB

Looks pretty straight-forward. I say send it quickly if no one else objects.

I saw OT4E from CivPlayers is online, and I know from his timezone he's about to go to bed, so I caught him real quick about the pillaging issue.
Chat with CivPlayers Wrote:scooter
Hey OT4E
Request from our team: can you please stop pillaging the tiles on our front with the Germant team with your horse archer?
we value some of those tiles, and it seems like a hostile thing to do
OT4E
hi
we didnt pillage
any
may be others did
one thing
we noticed that you have razed city
we agreed not to settle to each others borders earlier
we expect you will stick to this agreement
scooter
we are razing & replacing the city. We are replacing the city in a spot that is further away from your borders, so we're actualy doing you a favor
as this should be better than if we had captured and kept the city
it will be re-settled this turn
OT4E
we appreciate it
we also wont pillage tiles
i consider it bad sportsmanship
scooter
Ok, thank you, much appreciated
OT4E
because it is somewhat abusing NAP agreement
scooter
We were locked out of the game until just now because of the mod, so all we saw upon logging in was a pillaged tile and your unit, but maybe somebody else did it. We're looking into that
OT4E
what improvement was pillaged?
scooter
I'm trying to see from the pictures. our player that logged in said it was a road and possibly a tile improvement
But I'm glad to know it wasn't your team. Anyway, my understanding is the city will be resettled 1N of its previous location, which should give us much less cultural border clashing
so hopefully that makes you feel better about seeing our settler in the area
OT4E
yes, thank you

Sounds good. Note that CivFr must have started to send the ivory on T149, so before we declared war, so the timing's is sucky for them in a way, and we can't yell too much at them for this.
Another thing to note is that CivFr researched Guilds this turn, ie CFC has no military tech advantage over CivFr anymore (except for Engineering). I doubt they will need our assistance to handle CFC.
(I think it goes Germans scream for help from CivFr, CFC declare on CivFr, we offer assistance, they respond to us, we note ivory deliveries.)
Furthermore, I consider that forum views should be fluid in width

Good to know kjn. I tried to make the tone not look accusatory for that reason. If they tell us to stick it, then we have an issue, but it sure sounds like they did that prior to the war declaration.

To be fair, it's entirely reasonable that she was seeing another man before we made eye contact from across the street. However, if she can't move out from his place for another several weeks, then buying said dinner would be kind of awkward.

I am not sure that I believe CivPlayers about the pillaging; the road that was pillaged is sitting directly underneath their horse archer. But if they are willing to stop any further actions, that's good enough for me.
I would send that CivFr followup message immediately.

I'd ask for them to DoW if that's what is required to break the Ivory trade.
It makes me happy to think of German hammers caught in the ether .
