Sometimes I feel like I should fabricate nasty emails from CFC so that everyone can have something else to be mad about instead of this trivial stuff that gets discussed while we're waiting for the other teams to play their turns.

Yeesh, relax everyone. Two things are not helpful. 1) Overstated comments with no real support/explanation. It's trollish, in that all you're doing by making a claim like that (we will likely never research this tech that basically everybody techs in a normal MP game) with no explanation is baiting for these types of responses to a zero-substance post. 2) Shooting down posts from team members who have proven to be valuable is not a real great habit either, despite how difficult said valuable member is prone to be. :P

Just watched the T151 stream. If I was there (and if I wasn't busy as hell that day), I'd have suggested putting a mace on the cottage 1W of Wasserburg, as that would wall-off and protect the workers on the tiles 1S and 1SW of Wasserburg. No need for other units to directly guard the workers. Not to mention that on T151, that mace (plus the redlined WCs) would have been able to start pillaging off the tiles.

Of course, now that I reread the last page, it turns out Lewwyn suggested something along those lines . Oh well, I should be around to view the next one as it would be the weekend!

Just logging in to take a look and the RB civ disappeared from my civ selection screen. Gees - I have to be faster!

That was me logging in to the game; it crashed in the middle of logging into the game, and the client is still registering an RB player as "in" the game. In other words, no one from our team can log into the game until it fixes itself. I've seen this happen before, and I'm hoping it will go away in time, no clue how long that will be though. I believe that we need someone from another team to log into the game for the client to update itself and register that no one from our team is present.

In any case, we'll shoot for noon tomorrow EST (Saturday June 15) to run the next turn. There shouldn't be much fighting unless the Germans have done something unusual.

Alright, as expected the phantom RB login timed out after a few hours. Funny story: while clicking around trying to see if I could do anything on the staging screen, I accidentally logged in as UniversCiv, who has no password for their civ (!!!) I killed the Civ4 client before the game finished loading, didn't see anything, but almost had a heart attack there for a minute. Can you believe those guys don't have a password at all for their civ? Craziness. Anyway.



View around Worms after moving the Sentry chariot twice. I stitched together the two images to demonstrate how there are no German units in range to hit our stack, other than inside Worms. The city has 1 elephant, 3 axes, and 2 spears inside. Worms was also triple-whipped for another elephant, although that should be the last unit it manages to produce.

Weil der Stadt is empty, but before anyone suggests it, we can't run Mounted units up there because of the German war elephants walking around.



The northwest. The German war elephant pillaged a road in the desert, a fairly worthless activity. Too bad we don't have a pike over here to wipe it out. Plan is to move the two forward maces onto the grassland hill and the grassland forest (both units moving northeast) to prevent any movement forward. The mounted units will all move into the city to heal.



More German units over here on the WPC front. This is looking like an absolute bloodbath when WPC moves their stack in next turn. Crossing fingers for dead bodies everywhere on all sides.

A little illustration drawing in the borders of the cities once Worms is down. Webringen is the clear next target; once its culture is down, we can pick off all of the other cities here at our leisure. We should be able to snipe off Helm S Klamm immediately once Worms is captured, and because it has grown to size 2, it will not autoraze. (The Germans whipped walls in the city, an odd choice when there's only a single unit to defend.) As mentioned before, we take Worms, then Webringen, and then the map completely opens up to take everything else.

For this turn, we're mostly just moving the stack up forward a tile next to Worms. Plan is still to play and stream the turn at noon EST tomorrow. See you then.

Does your login show up anywhere in the game logs (civstats/aptmod)? Its going to be a pain if you want to notify them or you were logged.

Good job on everything else though.

Sullla, did that login register on Civstats? If so, you might want to post that publicly wherever public things are posted, or at least send that team a message (I'm new to this game, by the way; hi).
