Depends. It will likely alienate WPC if we keep the city, since they will view Wilhelmshaven as "their" city (no matter that they can't take it in any reasonable timeframe). I think I'd rather have the city 1SW or 2E, and set up as a production city, like Boldly notes.
A lot will depend on if the Germans have any units that can counterattack too.

I have very limited time but I will try to be back pre 6pm and take a longer look. My question is do we rush to the capital (2-movers) or amble to the capital (1-movers). Do we known if / when their northern stack will be back in the capital? If we able, I would head towards the grassland hill (1SE of their capital) as our staging area. We can get trailing 2-movers there in 1 turn if we road Sullla's jungle tile.
I have finally decided to put down some cash and register a website. It is www.ruffhi.com. Now I remain free to move the hosting options without having to change the name of the site.

I don't think that we would really alienate WPC that much because they have to realize by now how little they can actually take.
Merovech's Mapmaking Guidelines:
0. Player Requests: The player's requests take precedence, even if they contradict the following guidelines.
1. Balance: The map must be balanced, both in regards to land quality and availability and in regards to special civilization features. A map may be wonderfully unique and surprising, but, if it is unbalanced, the game will suffer and the player's enjoyment will not be as high as it could be.
2. Identity and Enjoyment: The map should be interesting to play at all levels, from city placement and management to the border-created interactions between civilizations, and should include varied terrain. Flavor should enhance the inherent pleasure resulting from the underlying tile arrangements. The map should not be exceedingly lush, but it is better to err on the lush side than on the poor side when placing terrain.
3. Feel (Avoiding Gimmicks): The map should not be overwhelmed or dominated by the mapmaker's flavor. Embellishment of the map through the use of special improvements, barbarian units, and abnormal terrain can enhance the identity and enjoyment of the map, but should take a backseat to the more normal aspects of the map. The game should usually not revolve around the flavor, but merely be accented by it.
4. Realism: Where possible, the terrain of the map should be realistic. Jungles on desert tiles, or even next to desert tiles, should therefore have a very specific reason for existing. Rivers should run downhill or across level ground into bodies of water. Irrigated terrain should have a higher grassland to plains ratio than dry terrain. Mountain chains should cast rain shadows. Islands, mountains, and peninsulas should follow logical plate tectonics.

That doesn't mean they won't transform their frustrations onto us. I think scooter is the best to tell, but i don't think we can dismiss the possibility
We should let them know how many units we are killing and probably exaggerate little bit. We don’t want WPC feeling that they are the ones facing bulk of German defense forces (even if that is true)….

I'm having a hard time feeling TOO much sympathy for WPC because after this 4th turn of the war we'll have killed 4 cities and a dozen-ish units, and they'll have killed nothing whatsoever.

We don't have nearly enough 2-movers for this IMO. We only have a few that are right there on the front, and they have several elephants. We'll lose all of our Knights, and we very probably won't even have enough to capture it that way, depending on what they whip.

Agreed. I think Scooter should send over either mine or Sulla's (cropped) screenshot with the German unit dispositions to them, if nothing else so we can get the unit tally around Warendorf out of them.

I don't feel sorry for them either. What they have done on the battlefield speaks plenty as to their ability. But I don't think we should assume they are going to be as rational about a failed war, especially if we carve out half (or more) of Germany. They could very well rationalize to themselves that the only way we were able to make the gains we did was because they tied the army down up north.
We won't know until it happens, so it's all conjecture anyway.
Let me try to answer these questions now so that we don't get tied up during the Livestream.
* The basic strategy for Worms is to sacrifice a couple of maces (hopefully no more than 2) to take out the defenders, and push forward the rest of the army. We seem to be in general agreement on this.
* Webringen is much too heavily defended to attack with two movers. We hoped that it might be, but the Germans wisely pulled units OUT of Worms to go defend the capital. It's not happening.
* Wismar is a bit of a pipe dream at the moment. We are looking at facing more than 30 units at Webringen if the Germans bring down their main army from the WPC front, and we can't be splitting off unit to go attack another city. Maybe in another 2-3 turns, when the main stack is next to the German capital, we can send off reinforcements in that direction, ones that wouldn't be able to make it to the big fight anyway. But right now, no, it's not the time to go off and make a play for Wismar.
Also we don't really care what WPC thinks about that city. If we can capture it, we will. WPC has no chance to take even a single city at this point. They are only useful as a distraction now.
* Pillaging tiles in neutral territory is a very, VERY, VERY low priority. This team is placing far too much emphasis on this one stupid CFC chariot. It's already moved this turn, and there's no guarantee they will even pillage again. Nor do we really care that much. If by some chance there's a unit in the area with nothing else to do that can't reach the front lines, we'll go ahead and pillage, but don't expect me to put any real emphasis on this.
Overall, don't get too ahead of ourselves. We'll take Worms this turn, Helm next turn, and we'll have a very large stack ready to attack the German capital on T156. We'll also put some pressure on Weil der Stadt starting T154-155 so that the Germans can't empty it completely to defend the capital. Aside from that, we wait and try to take advantage of their mistakes. Not much more can be done at this point.
