Pindicator, I have a question for you to pass onto Brick. Or rather, Brick has an answer I'd like him to pass onto you.

Brick, without quoting your pm, did Serdoa give you any roleplay indication as to why you would lose your post restriction only when sanity is low? The more obvious restriction would seem to be that you can talk more coherently when sanity is high, or if that was unfair on you (as I think sanity is likely to drop overall), have you develop the post restriction later in the game if sanity drops?

Post: Yes Gazglum there is, the short of it is I'm sort of the village idiot/mime person, and everyone doesn't understand me due to my mental issues. However as everyone else gets less sane, they get to a similar messed up level as I do, and they'll be able to commune with me normally then.

Serdoa, wouldn't it have been much more fun for everyone if we -all- just got Brick's post restriction when sanity dropped? That would have made for an epic end game.

This is very fair. I will say that novice is right when he says:

I am not scum! I am human and my ability would have had no effect on Azza if he were human!

Sounds to me like Lewwyn claims the role TwinkleToes(?) had in one game, i.e. he's a vigilante whose kill only works on scum.

That's what I've gotten out of it as well. It does seem a *very* strong role, though. Maybe slightly too strong to be actually included by the GM?

Which is also true, if my role were not limited in some way.

So Brick I hope I've revealed enough to be dangerous to scum so that they have to be cautious when they kill. Now they have to choose between nightkilling me or Matt. I believe we have at least one protective role out there. I will also say that I think there is someone else in the game like me with a slightly different ability set. But again revealing why I think that would reveal more about my role, and consequently theirs.

I'll accept the explanation for the self preservation vote, since after all I wasn't fully aware of the vote count myself in that last minute rush.

Presuming that you initiated the QT with brick, what's the flavour behind your role?

I'm a lost soul, looking for my body. So I'm inhabiting Brick's, which is why we can chat privately
I'm not sure if there is a body to be found, I assumed it was just flavor.

Or do you have my body, uberfish?

Aren't you forgetting pindicator? Pretty sure he was in the lead, vote-wise, at the point Ichabod started the last minute run on MJW - and had been in the lead, outright or sharing, for multiple hours beforehand.

And you're forgetting that there was a run on uberfish before the run on MJW. I think someone said that uber even tied me at before MJW picked up steam.

Has proven claimed ability (well, has proven the existence of a QT thread between himself and BRick, after claiming to be capable of instigating one). Question: Not sure if you explained earlier, but is this communication permanent once set up? Do you have multiple charges?

Novice, your assuming the ghouls killed Rowain? That means that either wolves didn't kill, or Lewwyn is a wolf, because Azza was the only other person to die. I think that the wolves killed Rowain, and ghouls didn't kill.

Or Wolves doubled up on Rowain who was pretty clearly villager on Day 1 IMO. Or we have a protective role who got lucky. Or we have someone who is nightkill immune. Or someone who is immune from kills from certain people.
