I use the word 'evidence' very loosely of course, given the result.
If it's a seer yes. Because you want to hide the seer role, the evidence is very strong and scum don't know they were scanned. "azza said this in a QT which no one else can confirm", don't be ridiculous. none of those 3 reasons are true at all.

I thought I had a lead on Slowcheetah, so I accused him first without relying on my QT, to see who else would agree with me, and then pulled the "ace" out of my sleeve. What's so unnatural about that? I knew that my "evidence" wasn't a smoking gun, which is why I did the reveal after half a day. If I was sitting on more damning evidence, I would have waited much longer. In WW11, I had a tracking result that implicated Ichabod, and I revealed that with only half an hour to go, after spending the day fishing for accomplices and pushing Ichabod by conventional means. That is how I would play it here too, if I were sitting on truly damning evidence.
If you know what I mean.

more understandable if you have role that can be used in future. azza and rowain dead, quicktopic useless.
no reason to not reveal right away.

Yes I see it now. I was reviewing Uberfish's posts only when I asked.
The point of course is to look for out of thread information.
In principle I agree with Uberfish that Zak should have revealed the QT immediately. Zak does like fancy play though so I don't think it's out of character to try to trap a little. (And I might have done the same thing myself.)
I have to run.

I was looking for interaction tells. Azza would presumably have updated his fellow ghouls on what happened in the QT, so they would know that I had incriminating evidence on Slowcheetah. So there was no real point in masking my own suspicion. But it was still interesting to see if anyone would follow me before I made my reveal.

It also gave me a chance to assess his reactions. He kept his head down, as if he knew I had something more up my sleeve.

i will explain more to make my point.
using traditional means to get suspect lynched is good if u have active role. that way wolves wont know that u have a role, so u can keep using ability to help team, and not get lynch first night after reveal.
however, zak role is inactive. both gossipers dead, all zak has is empty chat to talk to himself. this is why there no reason to hold back info.
holding back info like zak says he did is plain bad villager play. there was no reason to hold the info, so releasing it late only makes the info seem unreliable or forged. if info was real and genuine, and zak villager, he would release info right away.
holding info to "bait" people just bad. so many other way to do same, but without compromising status of real info.
