Well, in hindsight we know that he didn't have wolf-influenced knowledge of the sanity mechanic, but we *do* know that the person who initially introduced sanity to the discussion in a major way, and whose claims MJW was basing his entire argument on, was lying about those claims.
And then, this person ends the day with the final vote against MJW?
That's an interesting point Mattimeo.
Brick, can you take us through your thoughts on the MJW vote again? Rereading, you were on Jowy hard for most of the day, then you switched to Ichabod to test his vote on MJW to see if Ichabod is a wolf? So MJW wasn't your first pick, but you thought it would be a good information lynch?
So what were your thoughts on Jowy and Ichabod after MJW turned out innocent?

I just said that if Lewwyn, the person he's indirectly asking to verify me, thinks i need to fess up more for the villages sake, then I will. Besides, if I told you the details down the the exact wording, would you even believe me? I see no need to just throw more information to the wolves unless it's necessary.
Agreed.

Sure thang.
I was on Jowy a good bit at the start of the day, but as he started to post a bit more and actually open up his thoughts, I started to see some of the reasoning behind his posts, as broken as the english was in them. Towards the end, I did not feel satisfied with a Jowy lynch being the best option, so I decided to look at other candidates. On reading through, I caught that Ichabod had been less than helpful or showing tendency to actually hunt for wolves, outlined in this post here, and saw him as a good lynch for that reason. As the deadline approached, it appeared that the push on Ichabod wasn't going to be picked up by anyone else, so I had to make a choice between three frontrunners, pind who i didn't see anything wrong with, jowy who i was at best 50/50 on, and uber who i saw having more of a village leaning than a wolf leaning. At the time of this post, I expressed my displeasure at the current candidates, and voted jowy because i thought him to be the greater of 3 potential evils.
( post translations through quicktopic here for convenience
Right before the end then, when Ichabod started that last second train on MJW, I was left with a hard choice. Do I go for the lynch that the person I had been suspecting was leading against someone who I hadn't looked all that much at, or do I stick with the player that I felt on the fence about lynching? I did a quick re-read of MJW's posts, and saw a decently sufficient chance of him being scum, and cooked up somewhat of a plan. After the trains last game that nabbed out scum at the last minute, and with the plausible enough chance that MJW was a wolf, joining that effort would give more info. If MJW was wolf, great! If not, then I felt like it would help get other people to look at Ichabod, who I still had a strong wolf tell on, and hopefully put him under pressure the next day.
During day 2, my thoughts on the two of them faded. I was distracted for a bit at the start of the day working on getting the day 1 thoughts out to light with pindicator, and after that was done, the whole lewwyn and mattimeo debacle came to light and took up most of my attention. Coupled with the mysterious Azza night kill, I felt like trying to get an understanding there would be the best way to try and find a wolf, and didn't feel a strong need right then to pursue Ichabod. His play had been getting nominally better, and didn't seem to be the right case to focus on that day. Similar with Jowy, as time goes on, though his english is at times hard to unravel, I feel like Jowy has been showing better as village and hunting than he was at the very first,. and I feel better about him as a villager than I do a good few other people.
I believe that covers my thoughts, during that whole process, let me know if I missed anything.

Brick are you going to be on deadline? I think the village is better off not having you reveal yet and maybe use your ability tonight. But if you feel like you will be lynched without reveal close to the deadline you might want to do so. I will not vote for you today.
Matt did anyone visit me last night? Don't say who if someone did.
If I did anything last night it does not give us any information that would currently be useful, and could possibly harm the village to say if I did learn anything or did anything. I can confirm I didn't visit Ichabod.
Did I miss any questions directed at me?

Hum. Well I will be on at deadline, and I agree revealing now isn't best. However, i cannot GUARANTEE that I'll be able to use my ability tonight.
I don't see how it would necessarily hurt the village to say if you did anything though... I feel like there's something more here than meets the eye.
Practical question, if you have info that can help the village and needs to be hidden for now, what's the plan if Little Lewwyn comes and you have nmore important things to worry about?

Well it comes down to letting the scum know my limitations and/or whether or not someone is confirmed human. It could make me more or less of a threat and I'd rather keep scum guessing.
As for practical question... I don't think it will be an issue.

Even under your reasoning that I'm a wolf asking not sharing that with the village is baffling. If I had something to charge him with, I would.

Can confirm both parts here.

Then I can at least say who he hit, given they didn't die as a result...
