Im fine with warendarf + 2 tundras. not sure I want the tundra cities anyway, and its only fair they take warendarf, considering the slaughtered their troops, wwII Russia-style to help us win the war.
lets try and take wilhelmshaven for ourselves <G> . I didn't realize the germans were down to only 4 cities

I was going to proposed Warendorf + Tundra cities. It gives them an awkward border with us to deter any retarded sneak attacks.
The sooner we cease offensive actions, the sooner we can start digging ourselves out of the hole.

By the way, this is my preference. Keeping Wilhelm and letting them have Warendorf + tundras lets us control all but one of the river tiles (plus the, ahem, marble ), so that's awesome for us. It all depends on if they would be okay with that or not. If that arrangement would make them mad, we're better off just taking it all.
