WW26: The Masquerade [Game Thread]

At the end of the day,
all the gabbing was done,
everyone had their say,
and each insult was slung.

Not one sod but two,
hag been chosen to hung,
but the village had rue,
not a wolf there was strung.

Sister Mary was lynched. She was a villager.
Scarlet John was lynched. He was a village watcher.

Bye Scarlet John. I hope you find more time the next game.

@Sister Mary: If it were serious troubles that kept you from posting I hope all turns out well.
If not I wish you consider your time-commitments before you join a game.

We gave lurkers a pass on day one, that's enough. Also I don't like the idea of doing a half-guessing lynch today, flip two villagers, and then having to spend day three lynching Mary because she shows up with a vote and a weak post.

So now do we have to lynch/vig Muriel? Grin

It's strange that widow didn't switch to Sister Mary at the end even after I prodded her. Combine with what happened at page 1 and she would be okay to lynch.

You don't understand it. Why should I switch? Mary was in the lead and anyone switching to Muriel must calculate that I switch to Mary and expose him. And if there happens a last-minute-run to lynch Kate instead then I'm happy (and Kate was shortly on par with the others). So tell me why is it so necessary that I switch to Mary.

Hm? Is she scum for refusing to lynch a villager?

There's just no way to react to a vote on :59:55 so something silly. So you put Muriel in danger of getting lynched. It's so obvious that I cannot see how a villager who is playing the game would overlook it.

Yes she is. lol It makes no sense for widow to not switch her vote off of Kate the Waif. So she might be a wolf BSing it.

Any wolf who puts his neck right on the line with a last-second killing of Muriel (if she turns out as villager) would be very very welcome. Honestly I take such a trade anytime that early in game. (At LyLo it is different)
