This post, everybody. Remember this post.

I fail to see what's so bad about it.

I didn't expect that we had a seer, seeing as we had a watcher. Knowing now that we had a jack of all trades as well, that seems like a lot of investigative power. Is it even remotely possible a fool was included, and they're both telling the truth as far as they know? Obviously if scum Kate is going to something in her own defense, it's just something that occurred to me. Even if that was actually the case, I don't see a better plan the lynching Kate at any rate.

I'm going to flip villager. I just want to die knowing that my murderer will hang.

Your password has nothing to do with your role, Kate.

Saul's scans have shown one villager and one wolf. We know that it doesn't give opposite results, or all-town results, or all-scum results. You have claimed vanilla villager, so you are not a miller. As far as I know, that only leaves two choices: He is the seer and gets accurate results, or he is the fool and gets random results. If he is the fool, then we'll just accept the loss caused by extremely bad luck (and blame the game master for including the role whip). If you do flip villager, Kate, we will absolutely lynch Saul next. I would hope.

Oh, I know that the password is unrelated. It's just a hilarious coincidence.

Also, good, thanks. I suppose that I should do some more scum hunting while I'm still alive, but I'll have to clear my head a bit first.

I'm not sure why you think that me thinking that I'm the vanilla villager means that I'm not a miller, though. I think that it's possible, just very unlikely. Also, I can't fault your logic in counting yourself as a villager, but I would be remiss to mention that the possibility exists that Dr. Saul is a fool who returns opposite results all the time. Do I currently think that you are scummy? No, not really. Still, if he flips villager after I flip villager, it's worth a bit of attention.

GG Bert.
I don't think we should let any presumption about what exactly the parts Bert had were - the article even says its uncommon to have the standard version.
That makes the day easier, Saul. Kate.
I'm surprised by the seer tbh - I expect we have at least one of Godfather/Miller, but I think to have either kept secret would be bastard, as would fool.

I also think Robs request for replacement is a village tell - you talk about frustration meta-ing the reason we paused, but given that this didn't happen anywhere near a night result I don't think there'd be anything out of thread for a scum to feel despairing.
@Saul, you should probably have played for time to try and get a read out of Kate. Difficult given last night though...
How many times must I discharge my blunderbuss?

There is practically nothing there other then repeatedly calling for Muriel's lynch, but he doesn't really go into any reasons. In the beginning he was basing it on the meta speculation issue at the start of Day 1, then he shifts to just either saying "she's scum", or not even that's she's scum, just that she's a "toxic influence" or "cancer". It's just alot of "she's scummy because she's scummy" circular reasoning, or things such as:

WHY is she scummy? With as much as she has posted surely some specific things have popped out to you. Also, even better, who do you feel is suspicious other than Muriel? The last post I noted you giving much for reads on other people was this:
(July 23rd, 2013, 09:25)Sir Percival Wrote: other player i read thru was halfnose harry (mustnt be a good fighter, shouldve taken lessons from the best, the best being me, sir percy, yeaaaaahhhh)

thought it odd that most posts were question. not much putting self out there.

also reread tiny dick posts, similar read to young will. more contribution desired but null tell for now

What have you thought of me since? Or Short Richard? Or anyone else? It seems to me like you're happy having somewhere convenient to park your vote and occasionally chime in to reaffirm your belief in her wolfiness for no particular reason and not having to try to analyze anything else. Sir Percival please share your thoughts with us.

i under belief i found scum so i push for lynch of that scum. pushing other targets against strong defender leaves that lynch vulnerable to manipulation. i believe i been pretty clear on what aspects of muriel play i havent liked, nothing has changed with that. depending on saul information being true, i have other targets who i will go after in future. i need not share all thoughts in thread right now, as i do not believe i likely to be night kill.

I did have Saul as more villagerish than scummy on D1, but got a more neutral read on him on D2 and the episode with his embarrassment because of a wrong vote led me into maybe scum territory. Though that said, I reread his posts now and it is pretty obvious that not only he turned away from Muriel completely after D1 (and we really should have asked him why in hindsight, though in this case it is good we didn't) he also suspected Kate very heavily on D2. For the reason that she was still on Muriel. And that of course makes sense if he knew at that point that Muriel is town.
