We would of course promise to never use a Rifle against you, and we will take basically any length NAP you would like. It's T160 right now, so I don't know, how about T250? You pick the number, and we'll probably agree to it . In terms of military operations, I expect initially we'll mainly be defending ourselves. We have enough cities to draft pretty freely, so once we have drafted Rifles, we should be plenty safe. I suspect our neighbors will leave us alone after that. Maybe we can work together militarily in the future.

Sounds pretty good. Maybe ask if they have graphs on one of our attackers? Offer a map trade? Anyway, message is pretty good.
