So what did you guys decide on with regard to what to do with the scout? I'm fine with whatever, but I wasn't around for the whole chat. Just didn't want to play and conflict with whatever you had planned.

It will take a lot of healing (3t minimum) to take on the lion; 3t gets us roughly 50-50 odds, depending on the terrain.
I recommend that the scout bravely runs away.
