Would rather not have to replay, and tbh I don't think the gold makes a difference at this point, but since it is game rules I'll do whatever is needed to fix it.

How much gold, do you know?

You can disappear X gold by having civ-who-has-ended-turn request X GPT from civ-who-hasn't, and accept before ending turn with the latter. I don't think anyone would object to you using this trick to correct the discrepancy next turn.
