Good turn feels good.

Warrior scouts north more. The Warrior out of Cap I think will go south to sentry/scout Azza. Workers finished gems and will finish copper road next turn before we plant the city next turn. The Gems sped up pottery by 2 turns. The 3rd city will beat Jestacore to their 2nd city. We'll also beat Azza to his 3rd city and he's IMP. We're not working any unimproved tiles so we're good with workers too. I think I might whip a worker out of BacoN at size 3 like I will with Bacon. That will get us two workers quickly. Maybe get that worker out of BacoN with a chop+whip. That would get the worker out in 3 turns. Without the chop it takes 5 turns. Is that worth it?

Oh and demos with the gems:

Nice. Pottery is a double-req bonus though. Still 19 raw bpt. With the city settled next turn we'll get +2C to increase that to 21.

So yeah Bacon will worker whip>grow back to 3 in 3 turns>settler w/ chop and whip. I think we can get the settler out in 11-12 turns from now IE t51-52. Not bad I think. Strong start with the pigs, forests, gems, and copper. Now we just need to set border with Azza, get to IW and settle into the jungle.

looking good, looking good. #2 gnp with 18 players is yummy, even it is early smile.

we're going to need more workers soon for cottages around the river.

Do you have any idea where bacon #5 will go?

Depends on what we see to the west when we scout. It might be good to go south again to shore up a border with Azza even more. Either that or NW into the jungle towards Scoopin and the marble. I'd also like to get sailing and try to settle some islands. There is land to our E-SE and land to our NE.

The lion will hopefully suicide into the warrior on the forested hill.

So Barracks or monument in BACON? I can get the barracks built in 9 turns with 1 chop. That means built on T50 and borders pop T60. Alternatively we start warrior now (upgrade to spear) and build that while we tech Myst. Pottery is 2 turns. Myst is probably another 3-4 at best. So 5-6 turns before we start building it. Then with a chop I suppose we could finish it in 2 turns. Basically 7-8 turns. Or at the cost of some food I could get the barracks finished in 8 turns instead. I favor the barracks because we will want a barracks anyway and we can delay Myst a bit and not spend 30H on a monument. The monument path puts us behind in tech time (myst) and hammers. Eventually we'll need myst, but I'm okay for the moment.

Is it possible for us to get to CoL and grab confu?
