So we could hit the Civplayers stack with around 9 catapults (8 in stack, one on galley- unload in to-be-completed-fort). The follow this up by 9 healthy muskets, 5 healthy maces, 3 healthy knights and then a handful of low-health muskets, knights and assorted old tech crap.
We would still have 8 healthy defenders in Ditchdigger after that (basically the one movers from the main stack, now N-NW of Ditchdigger) plus a lot of cats.
I guess Noble or someone will sim this, but at most we kill around 17 Civplayer units (this will likely include their two covering rifles and around a third of their cuirassiers, if we are lucky.) The downside: we give Apolyton a free field up in the north., i.e. Beyzar Penir falls T174.
Pending the results of the sim, I am currently leaning towards focussing on Civplayers, abanding Mano y Mano in the process. We might even feint with the southern musket stack towards Cviplayers.

Thanks so much for the update MH, that helps a lot.
I mainly don't like the placement of our southern stack that is currently doing nothing. I realize it's meant to hedge against CivPlayers going south, but when you're being 3v1'd, you don't really have the luxury of hedging that much. I'm not sure what to suggest we do with it right this turn, though.

Well, we don't have enough units in the north, at all. I'm not sure how we are going to deal with it but we do have an extra turn there while we are under immediate threat in the south. I really wished we moved out the Mano elephant stack. last turn so it could help defend DD.
The soutehrn stack, I don't know but we could try and recapture brick with it. There's like 12 muskets and we could make a game of it as long as that cuir stack is occupied in our territory. But other than that, I can't see what we want to do with it since I don't think the can go east in time to die to cannons at Starfall.
As much as I like to take out that cuir stack, I don't think we'll be able to do anything until rifles about it. I just wish it wasn't tying down so many units.

Thank you MH. I think we need to move our southern Muskets east to face CFC. Too late for starfalls, but it can defend Eastern dealers. I don't think CivPlayers has enough time for moving those cuirs south before we get some Rifles to defend...
Agree with your proposal in strategic thread...

Crazy idea : ask UnivCiv for an extension and more gold to use for rifle upgrades. Promise to up the return rate to +70% or such in return. I expect CivPlayers will revolt us out of Nationalism, which is why i think mh has a great idea to have muskets half-built in city queues. If you do this then only attack if the odds are great, otherwise save muskets for upgrading

I thought CP agreed to the no civic/religion swaps deal? CFC is another matter. Not trying to be pedantic here, I just hope you mean CFC.
Edit: CFC is in Nationalism, right? But are SPI, so they could swap out of Nationalism and screw us over right at T175, then swap back T180. Also, are we going to run EP against CFC to run a counterespionage mission against them prior to the war dec? Apologies if this has been covered in the stream.

I could be out of date with my info, but i thought CP refused to sign until both InivCiv and WPC did. To me that's just an excuse, they don't want to take the civic swap off the table when we're about to get rifles

I believe CivPlayers won't use it. They are more worried that WPC and UCiv are our friends and if we don't bring them in, that we would use them as proxies.

One more thing; we need to try and get first half against CFC. Something like poly/cp --> RB/civfr --> CFC. Civfr can login at anytime before CFC.

How would we swing that?
