If he is scum, then a lot depends on who gets killed in the night, since its clear where my vote will be going.
As for what we do tomorrow should one of us die, its clear that me dying favours Novice, and you dying favours Jowy with regards winning the vote the next day. The question is will the scum double bluff and kill the person who doesnt suspect them?
Yeah this is what I was thinking, I was trying to pretend otherwise to avoid a double bluff.
Nm though.
I support a 24hr end, I don't think votes are gonna change.
@Jowy, we'd also discussed that...my thinking there is that you voting with 1 minute to go just looks really, really scummy , especially if doing so kills a villager. If that happened then I would expect you two to be the lynches for the following days.
Based on my experience co ordination in the scum thread actually isn't that big, and besides, my point is he would've told you to follow him on when he did it (and if zak, which I am assuming as otherwise we don't get to play another day, then he wouldn't have been planning to do so until novice did).

I get this, but...zak and novice are quite possibly the players who have been scum the most of everyone at RB - and have done a sterling effort at it too. So that doesn't really ring true. I agree that zaks behaviour has been bad, and novices has been a bit weird, but I don't see novice struggling to find mislynchs amongst a low activity (azza, matt, ch) and generally mislynchable crowd.
I wonder if he's simply trying to reconcile low time with WW.
Why do you think the two (especially zak) would decide to be so blatant about having a relationship?
To get you to ask that question.
As you say they have probably rolled more than their fair share of wolf in the past, so playing it straight probably has no novelty anymore. So why not go and throw a 'wolf would never do it' strategy into a game, especially in a game where we got our roles 2 days before the game started, hence plenty of time for planning by the wolves for a wierd play.
Remember in Novice they have had somebody that as scum has faked a post restriction for no clear reason.

Zak and Novice vote Jowy (2 votes)
Jowy, Jkaen and Q vote Zak (3 votes)
If only one of the is scum, then you or Jkaen is the other scum, and will switch at last minute, making it 3-2 to lynch a villager.
Note Jowy, that doesn't work if you and zak are scum

This is a very good argument, and I can see how it would make village-you be certain who is scum, but from my pov I'm not certain YOU aren't scum, and obviously you wouldn't switch onto yourself.
Anyway, I should've gone to sleep a couple of hours ago. Goodnight.

Can I request you make a call for PMs to you for making this a 24 hour day, and shorten it if you get 100% agreement. I am not convinced there will be all that much to say in the final 24 hours, and it will just be a case of waiting to see how zak turns.
No way, I haven't even voted yet. I mean wtf, I'm short on time and you want to railroad the lynch?
0. Player Requests: The player's requests take precedence, even if they contradict the following guidelines.
1. Balance: The map must be balanced, both in regards to land quality and availability and in regards to special civilization features. A map may be wonderfully unique and surprising, but, if it is unbalanced, the game will suffer and the player's enjoyment will not be as high as it could be.
2. Identity and Enjoyment: The map should be interesting to play at all levels, from city placement and management to the border-created interactions between civilizations, and should include varied terrain. Flavor should enhance the inherent pleasure resulting from the underlying tile arrangements. The map should not be exceedingly lush, but it is better to err on the lush side than on the poor side when placing terrain.
3. Feel (Avoiding Gimmicks): The map should not be overwhelmed or dominated by the mapmaker's flavor. Embellishment of the map through the use of special improvements, barbarian units, and abnormal terrain can enhance the identity and enjoyment of the map, but should take a backseat to the more normal aspects of the map. The game should usually not revolve around the flavor, but merely be accented by it.
4. Realism: Where possible, the terrain of the map should be realistic. Jungles on desert tiles, or even next to desert tiles, should therefore have a very specific reason for existing. Rivers should run downhill or across level ground into bodies of water. Irrigated terrain should have a higher grassland to plains ratio than dry terrain. Mountain chains should cast rain shadows. Islands, mountains, and peninsulas should follow logical plate tectonics.
