Turn Reporting Thread

Few screenshots. Preliminarily I'm going to Raze Jemmy, OathKeeper and Rapier. Rapier requires us to sacrifice 5 move Galleon, but it will be worth it. Not sure what to do with the rest of the Cavs in the ships near OathKeeper. I don't think we can progress much inside boats from here. Airships are pretty efficient in taking down our ships as is. I think we should just send them through fort towards our main stack and possibly leave couple to defend OTR.

Our ships are empty. But they can load up and move to fork three cities. Great news that we can raze Rapier. That means the airships will die too, right?
If you know what I mean.

I decided to keep Jemmy since I wasn't sure if we can get through the tile, if it was razed. Also ships were empty so I proceeded a bit and brought some cavs in them. I hope we don't need to regret this desicion. Situation in our Eastern shores is still pretty rough. We really need to get rid of that naval stack.

They might counter attack, but I thought about it and I'm willing to take that risk especially when the potential stack has just 1 Cannon in it. At least we have a very mobile force in cavs.

I didn't use much promotions for our big stack. I hope it doesn't backfire this turn. I think we should have at least half of the units promoted next turn which is last one on flat ground.

They've some super soldiers in these ships (again no casualties for them).

In the west we can't proceed so razing Oathkeeper is probably the last thing to do. We got a bit lucky in these sea battles.

In the end considered that there is a fair shot to get through their naval stack in the west and raze their 1 tile island city. We got unlucky and fell 1 boat short. At least I traded 6 boats to their 6 boats and captured Oathkeeper. I decided to keep it, since it is unlikely they will devote much resources to take it.

Sorry, a bit frustrated about this game at the moment so no proper turn report. Units are moving towards Gillette capital and I'm trying my best to organize our sea shore defenses. I also take a serious risk with our Eastern fleet and possibly try to raze Machette next turn.

Why is that? Beyond the usual diplo-on-big-dog stuff?
If only you and me and dead people know hex, then only deaf people know hex.

I write RPG adventures, and blog about it, check it out.

Yeah - diplo situation is just depressing. I hate being hated. Teams that have no chance on winning are happily helping out Gillette. I understand somewhat, but unless we get a desicive win against Gillette our best chance to survive is to negotiate expensive peace with them and pretty much hand the game to them.
