Whoops... I think I confused the tracker by accidentally sending Yell0w another copy of the save.
Tracker is lying if it says Yell0w is holding T58.

Hey, what level of diplo is happening in this game?

Looking back, I see this in the final list of settings:

Forgot to end turn before I sent it on.
i.e. I sent the old one.

New one resent, so if you got two emails the latter one is correct.
Dunno if tracker updates to the newest save, or if it is happy with the one it got?
