The black king is checked which canonly be legal if a) white just moved to check him or b) the check was /is blocked.

a) since the Ba4 could only reach the position from b3 or c2 which would also have checked the black king there is no way white just moved the bishop to a4.

b) the black rook and bishop couldn't have blocked the check previously else their moves would be illegal. Leaves the white King. c2 would be illegal meaning Kb3 as solution

but I don't see a way how the white King can stand on b3 without an illegal move/ another piece missing or displaced.

I did not figure it out and looked at the site for the solution.

Hint:
You need to somehow create two discovered checks with one move. Yes it is possible.

I haven't figured it out yet. Kc2 and Kb3 to block the check are impossible, at the same time the bishop had no moves that are not check either. I will have to take a another look.
