One could argue for 10*. So my question was just for clarification.

* 17/2 = 8.5 +1= 9.5 rounded to 10 but having 9 as the result (by cutting/using the floor) is more natural.

so perhaps: majority is the lowest integer greater than n/2 with n being the number of players alive.

Yeah that's what I was thinking, I rounded and added to make 10, which isn't what I would be doing. That definition is more clear.

People can do RP in these games, you've just got to be careful about what you choose to RP and be willing to snap out of it if its annoying anyone. See WW20 for a good example of this.
