The Perpy Traitors- Selrahc, Sareln, Black Sword and Bob

I guess I'm back up. Um. Right.

Anyone able to swap? I'm currently with family for Christmas and away from a machine with civ. If push comes to shove, I can probably get access to Civ IV and FFH. But if somebody else could sub for me, that would be much better!

Can you just play the next save or two, TBS? Then we can just bump everything back a couple turns.

I just played T60, I'll play the next few if I can until one of you want to jump in.

Who is playing our turns? Still TBS? If so, any idea when you'll be back, Selrahc? I'm not too concerned, but going by the rules of the game TBS probably shouldn't exceed 12 turns, so I can begin my shift early if someone needs to cover for another week or something.

I played T63 this morning, someone else should probably start picking them up if possible.

I think you should just play T64 when it comes Bob, unless Selrahc lets us know in the meantime.

Yeah, I'll play the next turn tonight unless Selrahc posts first; I'm guessing he's sans-internet until after Jan 1.

T64 Report:

I'm taking my set seven turns early, since TBS can't keep playing by the rules of the game, and Selrahc is probably gone for another few days.

Empire upon inheriting the turn:

Lots of warriors, eight is kind of excessive, even if we've got a settler in the field. Only two workers is kind of weak, even if we can only build more farms and mines. We're in Godking, but lack education for cottages, so we don't have much of an economy. Only Bazooka has an Elder Council, and it isn't working a scientist. It doesn't look like we've done any new scouting, but the map is clearly absolutely enormous. The perils of a Standard-sized map with only four civs (really three), but with totally random settings Small could have been a real mess. I think we've got a low-sea-level Fractal with a temperate climate, although the near-absence of jungle is peculiar.

Traits don't seem to have changed from my last set:

Changes at the end of my turn:

Founded a new city with the settler, positioned to get Incense online ASAP. We really need more commerce. Hopefully the Lizardman doesn't raze it IBT mischief

Bazooka switched a pop point off a plains forest and is now running a sage. I'm going to build a couple scouts there, first to explore the Pyre and second to try to locate any remaining huts. Capital finished an elder council, I'm going to start a 2-turn worker next turn. Hurl will begin a 9-turn settler. I'd really like to exploit Expansive and build one in the capital as well, but we can't really afford too many cities without cottages or aristofarms.

I'll finish Bronzeworking since I could use some copper warriors to start clearing out Lizardman lairs, but after that I'm setting us on the path to aristofarmdom.

Hi. Sorry for the confusion and thanks for covering for me.

I am back home tomorrow(2nd Jan), and I can slot back into the roster then.

I've only played one turn so far- not sure what the hold-up is- so feel free to take your 10 starting whenever the next turn finally rolls around.
