Prologue
If it weren’t for your shiny new red jumpsuit, you might almost think this was a day like any other in your life, here in DMM Sector. After all, you’re sitting at the same processing line you’ve always worked at in your service firm, alongside the same INFRAREDs you’ve always known. And yet, it’s not like any other day. For one thing, the hint of jealousy in your co-workers’ eyes is certainly new. You wonder how long it will be before Your Friend The Computer asks you to heroically serve it and all Alpha Complex. Suddenly the RED-Clearance supervisor for your shift appears, waving a small printout at you. ‘Looks like our high and mighty Troubleshooter has to go have a mission,’ he says to the others. ‘Don’t worry. I’m sure the rest of us will enjoy making up the difference in today’s quota.’ Your hands tremble for just a moment as you take the printout and see the RED border around it. This is it, Troubleshooter! Your first mission assignment!

Game specific details: (You should probably check these).
Days and nights end at 2000 CST / 0200 UTC.
In this game, the Loyal Troubleshooters (village) will be working to weed out the Communists (wolves), before the Commie Traitors have a large enough majority to overthrow Friend Computer.
This game can be classified as "role madness", in that every player will have an ability that they can use during play of the game.
This game will also have Mandatory Bonus Duties. These are roles that are public in who has them and what they do. These roles will be passed to a new player in a set and hidden order, if the previous player possessing them is eliminated. There is also a set time that each of these roles will be removed from the game as the game goes on.
Each player starts the game with two clones(lives).
----If a player is lynched, then regardless of how many lives they have remaining, they will be eliminated from the game (erasure by Friend Computer).
----If a player is killed by any other means, they will lose a clone(life), and their backup clone will be decanted, allowing the player to continue playing. If they are killed a second time, they will then be eliminated and their alignment and role will be revealed.
(If you want another example to get this system in your mind, it's similar to the wounding system in Zak's WW8 game here.

Mandatory Bonus Duties:
Team Leader
Currently: Mattimeo
Congratulations, citizen! Because of your unique abilities you’ve been selected to serve as team leader. This is a vital assignment, and your selection demonstrates The Computer’s exceptional faith in you. You are to lead your team in the ever noble quest to rid your troupe of hidden communist agents! While the rest of your team only receives 1 vote to cast on their badly directed suspicions, your pure and untainted loyalty is rewarded by your possession of a full 1.23 votes. Joy and glory!
Communications Officer
Congratulations, citizen! Your Mandatory Bonus Duty for this mission is communications officer (CO). Your assignment is a high honor and a sign of The Computer’s trust in you. You have been tasked by Friend Computer with recording motivational and informational announcements and advertisements to be included in the Alpha Complex wide end of the day holo vids. By the end of each day, you must post in bold a message to be included with the end of the day synopsis given by Friend Computer. This message will be publicly conveyed to your fellow trouble shooters with utmost care!
Hygiene Officer
Congratulations, citizen! Your MBD is team hygiene officer. This is a solemn honor. Only the most trusted servants of The Computer serve as hygiene officer. You have been provided with a portable Bleach/soap/tranquilizer stall with you to help clean your dirsty nasty filthy teammates! By the end of each day, you must post in bold the action 'clean:[player]'. The player you are cleaning will be busy being cleansed for the rest of the night, and will not be able to perform any actions this next night. This may not be used on the same player twice during the duration of the game, to keep the bleach from permanently whitewashing them.
Happiness Officer
Congratulations, citizen! Due to your properly zealous attitude you’ve been chosen as happiness officer. This is a great honor. Only those who know the true joy of being an Alpha Complex citizen are appointed happiness officer. Unfortunately, not all of your teammates know the same true joy as you, and some of them (gasp) don't even worship Friend Computer properly! Luckily, you can save them! By the end of each day, you must post in bold the action 'happyize:[player]'. The player you happyize has the honor of now having a post restriction for the next 72 hours, in that they must include a smiley face in every paragraph and never talk negatively about another player! How joyful that you can help reprogram their tainted mind!
Loyalty Officer
Congratulations, citizen! In recognition of your exemplary service, you have been chosen as loyalty officer for this mission. This appointment shows The Computer’s special faith in you. You have been given an ultra high tech loyalty detector, that you can focus on another player to make sure they are properly loyal and not sneaking around in the night! By the end of each day, you must post in bold the action 'investigate:[player]'. The player you investigate will now be reported on for the following night period; you will be told in thread at the end of the night whether that player performed a night action or not. Keep troublemakers in line!
Equipment Guy
Congratulations, citizen! In recognition of your exemplary service, you have been chosen to be the equipment guy. The Computer trusts you! The Alpha Complex Research and Development division is eager to test new items, and you're responsible for helping them test them through your teammates! Each day, you will recieve a list naming 3 mystery one-shot items. By the end of each day, you must post in bold the action 'give [item] to [player]', picking only 1 of the 3 items to give to 1 player. That player will from then on possess that item and use it during any night phase at their discretion. The player recieving the item will learn whether it's an item to use on another player, or on themselves. You may not give an item to yourself, that would be ungrateful and greedy. You may not learn what the item is before it is used, that's why you're testing the items in the first place!

Quote:Greetings Troubleshooters. I am a utility bot that Friend Computer has assigned to assist you with rooting out Commie Mutant Traitors from among your midst. I will have a vote that I can use to help evaluate who is worthy of being lynched erased by Friend Computer for Treason. I am not an eligible target for votes, powers, or kills. Thank you for loving Friend Computer as much as I do.

Errata:
If a player is hit by more than one killing action in one night, they will still only lose one life that night. (Barring role/power shenanigans.)
Mandatory Bonus Duty ability usages must be posted in bold in the game thread by the end of the day. Since these are mandatory, if you fail to do so, then the GM will resolve things as he sees fit and offer punishment chastisement at his discretion (please don't make me do that).
