Do we want to ban India & Inca or any of the leaders btw?

I think the civs should be, unless we say something like you can have them but can't pick a Fin or Exp leader with them.

The general bans are Inca, India, Pacal, and Willem, right? I don't think we want to go beyond those bans, though I don't really have a preference.

Also, do we want to see starts before we do the snake pick?

Why ban them? There are good leaders like Willem too so unless we all play the same then it's player choice. We can ban if you want though. I vote no because starring technology's are not that good which is a bit of a nerf.

This is more logical. I still think maybe we're making it more boring though. If those four are too powerful and there is Huanyna Capac and Surayvarman too, there is only 5 players so we can all have good strong picks.

Here is the information you get about the map:
* It is not mirrored.
* It is 32x32.
* It has toroidal wrap.
* It is 20-25% water.
* It has no marble and no stone.
* Size is Standard. (Note: the size setting does not affect dimensions; it affects maintenance and tech costs, and e.g. number of theaters required for Globe Theater.)
* Difficulty is Noble.
* Unlike many starts, fishing will not be completely useless here. (But it's by no means needed.)

I do recommend banning a few leaders/civs. Most games here go for a more medium power level setup, and getting used to that now will be helpful.

none of us seem to have to strong a opinion. Van you recommend what to ban. I am fine to trust your choices.
