Note that in the tally Harry is twice included. I just posted it from novices tool without actually looking at it. Sorry.

(January 21st, 2014, 14:41)Serdoa Wrote: Ok, that's now completely off-topic but a honest question: Why do I have to declare - or even should think about it - when I have decided to change something for my LIFE? I'm not stating that I am getting a new villager baseline and I am not. I have in general changed several things in my life and am still doing that. And frankly I don't think that anyone on this forum has any right to ask me to declare at the start of a game anything about my life decisions. No one on this forum has the right to try to lynch anyone else though, right? But this is obviously a game where part of the gameplay is to nitpick everyone's every word, something that would be grossly ill-mannered in most other contexts. I don't think anyone is trying to hold you accountable for your real life obligations, choices, etc. But no one forced you to play the game either, and while it's probably not reasonable to expect all players to proactively discuss any life changes that might change their temperament in game, it's also probably not reasonable for those same players to expect everyone else to give a change in tone or post content a free pass.
Agreed sunrise. Though I didn't ask for a free pass, I explained that already. You can believe it or you can not believe it. What I got upset about is that novice - after I explained it - complained now that I hadn't announced it when the game started or better yet before. That's what I find aggravating because at the point he wrote his post he knew already from my explanation what happened. If he simply had wrote: "Sounds nice what Serdoa wrote, but I personally believe he is not telling the truth" that would be perfectly fine. I already had others stating that they don't trust me (xenu) and I accepted it as well.
Thanks for the vote tally. Nothing has changed regarding my take from before, so unvote Old Harry, vote Serdoa. Let me know if I did that wrong and the script doesn't like it.

So Old Harry actually has 8 votes?

I'll tell you what it looks like to me. It looks like you only offered to roleblock him to save him from a lynch, and now that the storm is past, you wanna let him roam free the next night. You know, the guy that you claim you don't trust. Makes me wonder what you're really up to. I'm wondering have you actually thought this plan through? Let's assume that Lewwyn is town and his third version of his role is the real deal. What's he going to do now? He's going to protect himself or Ryan, right? And do you know what's supposed to happen if the scum don't attack them? Lewwyn does the job for them and finishes one of us off. I don't think we'd want to be taking risks like that even if we knew for sure that Lewwyn is what he claims to be. Have you thought about what the scum are gonna do? Oh right, they go for Lewwyn and Ryan, right? Do you actually believe that? Now why would they go for the wounded guys when we remember that Lewwyn will probably kill one of them off if set free, and on top of that, there's absolutely no reason to finish them off! Why would they finish off two townies and make it easier for us to find them? They aren't gonna win any sooner if they start killing us off now. Better wound first and kill off at the end, right? In general yeah, barring some special circumstances like finishing off a confirmed townie that we wouldn't ever suspect anyway. I'm sure they've figured that out on their own, or if not, then they aren't the brightest and we should win this anyway. Those are just some problems in the best case scenario!! I strongly think that we shouldn't have a guy with a kill ability roaming free. Even if he was town, which we can't know, it's not like his ability is an automatic help for us. It's a big gamble. novice Wrote:I don't think we should lynch outside today's main discussion points Agreed. On an unrelated note, novice.
