Off the top of my head, all IIRC: Old Harry made a weak opening post. Q and Catwalk attacked OH over it. Ichabod posited they were pouncing on lynchbait. Q flip-flopped on OH after Ichabod's theory gained popularity and joined Ichabod and me on Catwalk, and came out looking scummy. We now know OH was indeed lynchbait.
That's a non-answer. I asked what we learned due to Harrys flip. All you told us that we learned nothing except that he was lynchbait. Great, who would have thought that... oh, wait, I did. Even before he was lynched.

Are you kidding me novice? You've again not answered my question while at the same time telling me that you don't intend to ever do. And you expect me now to accept that and keep answering yours?
Quote:Simply put, you and Rowain have too much faith in each other for townies with no out of thread info. You refuse to acknowledge this. It's not like Rowain couldn't be scum with a scumbuddy who killed.
Yes of course I do refuse to acknowledge that. Why should I acknowledge something that is factually wrong? I mean I know I am a townie and I (and all others) know that I don't have any more information on Rowain as I told you already that I don't. And I still am highly certain that he is a villager. So why on earth should I acknowledge that this can't be the case when obviously for everyone it is?
And btw, Q is feeling the same regarding Rowain - so I guess according to you we are all 3 a scum-team? Basically you believe that the whole scum-team has come forward and is telling about each other that they believe them to be a villager? That's your story?
Quote:Who did Rowain visit on N1?
I won't answer this - I won't even tell you if he visited anyone or not (what I'm doing since I have claimed btw). Before you don't stop trying to aggravate others just to get them lynched I won't answer any of your questions anymore. Because quiet honestly I don't care if you want to get another scum-victory novice, I won't play in that manner. I just don't want to be upset every game by people like you that can't win via arguments and discussions and therefore instead try to win by aggravating others and getting them to leave the game, being burned out on what they have to endure.
Quote:Rowain, what is it Serdoa "talks too much" about?
I answer too much. Especially to you. Rowain already realized yesterday that it makes no sense to talk with you - see the above reasons.

And Ryan, for you just one thing to think about (best when you come crying again in this thread because someone dared to question you):
As the question, so the answer.
... Lewwyn, can you give me Zen-sessions? My new years resolution to be calmer does definitely not work while playing WW.

I'm not trying to aggravate you, and I'm certainly not trying to get you to quit. It's just a game you know. Relax, take the day off. (And let Rowain do the talking. )

I don't think Serdoa's post was very believable. Aggravating people into quitting? Serdoa has played plenty rough in the past, and has always gone for the ball. novice is digging into a legitimate question that keeps being dodged. This is nowhere near harassment, unless you consider insistent questioning to be harassment. It started out being a pretty small case, then Rowain (and later you) got extremely secretive about giving simple answers. You're not even the one being questioned, you took that upon yourself when Rowain decided to officially clam up. And now you're being aggravated? It doesn't add up to me.

Agreed, but I just don't know. This feels so scummy, but everything else about them says villager.
Merovech's Mapmaking Guidelines:
0. Player Requests: The player's requests take precedence, even if they contradict the following guidelines.
1. Balance: The map must be balanced, both in regards to land quality and availability and in regards to special civilization features. A map may be wonderfully unique and surprising, but, if it is unbalanced, the game will suffer and the player's enjoyment will not be as high as it could be.
2. Identity and Enjoyment: The map should be interesting to play at all levels, from city placement and management to the border-created interactions between civilizations, and should include varied terrain. Flavor should enhance the inherent pleasure resulting from the underlying tile arrangements. The map should not be exceedingly lush, but it is better to err on the lush side than on the poor side when placing terrain.
3. Feel (Avoiding Gimmicks): The map should not be overwhelmed or dominated by the mapmaker's flavor. Embellishment of the map through the use of special improvements, barbarian units, and abnormal terrain can enhance the identity and enjoyment of the map, but should take a backseat to the more normal aspects of the map. The game should usually not revolve around the flavor, but merely be accented by it.
4. Realism: Where possible, the terrain of the map should be realistic. Jungles on desert tiles, or even next to desert tiles, should therefore have a very specific reason for existing. Rivers should run downhill or across level ground into bodies of water. Irrigated terrain should have a higher grassland to plains ratio than dry terrain. Mountain chains should cast rain shadows. Islands, mountains, and peninsulas should follow logical plate tectonics.
