Having seen the game leader sink you whole army due to unload failure, I think its probably a good idea to just unload everything into the city. Get fortify etc.

Before we killed the game, we played most of the turn. First up as always was figuring out what to do with the mackoti theatre. The idea was to take our galleon with 2 zerkers, pick up the zerker on the sheep, and move it 3 NW to see what was going on at the copper city. And we found...
Those galleons look troublesome. But was there anything inside the city, and could we potentially get to it?
Yes!
So the plan that formed, after much debate, was to take the other galleon inside of Jets, that had 1 zerker loaded in it, and move it to the tile NE of Envoy, then capture the city with the zerker. The idea is to tie him down into commiting units to retake Envoy, which will hopefully buy the 5 zerkers in Jets a few turns. Sadly the galleon had to be deleted, but here's what things look like now:
Well, except for the galleon. We deleted it later.
The plan is also to move 2 zerkers inside of Jets out of the city. 1 will go 1S of the city; the other will go 1N of the city. Hopefully we can use up some attackers or make him land farther away. Hopefully he doesn't just roflstomp the whole charade.
The other fun part is out east:
Peace with Bacchus ends in 3 turns. We won't attack right on t180, but we need to be prepared in case he decides to get pushy again. Our plan now is to wait until after we upgrade our zerkers to grenadiers and then attack with some frigates and about 9 grenadiers. We'll burn cities until he gives us Seahawks and cash back for peace. Or maybe we'll just burn cities until we've paid back for our upgrade gold. I think CR, C1 grenadiers will do all right against longbows, especially with frigates to bombard city defenses.
We're also due for a surprise at the end of the turn:
Next turn we swap all these guys to merchants -- unless you want our next great person to be an artist?
And so it isn't left out, here's the mainland:
Mackoti has zoomed ahead in GNP again. I'm not sure any more how to tell who's ahead and who's just running more Wealth

Of course, right after I hit enter I saw what was missed - we hadn't left things microed things right to get Chemistry at end of turn and ended up 2 beakers short. That is easily fixed: we're talking changing a merchant specialist to a scientist specialist and we're done.
Because of how the war situation is I need to ask for a reload. I was trying to talk myself into playing on -- it won't delay our tech time to Military Science -- but it will delay getting frigates in the water another turn and that can change a lot. And in a war situation as delicate as the one against mackoti is, that could be a pretty big difference.

Yeah, and my initial reaction was to not ask for a reload, but on the drive over started thinking about things more it felt like that lost turn on frigates could have a big impact
And I'm sorry, but have I offended plako recently? The last couple times i've posted in the IT thread he's been right there to curtly shoot me down. Not going to respond, but wtf
