He was at the minimum - 2XP.

The first time where you get more non-Leadership promotions is when you get +24XP to get to 26XP, for 4 non-Leadership promotions. A "normal" unit is at 14/17 and only has 3 promotions.

This is why leadership sucks.

Technically minimum is 1XP.

You need a promotion to spend.

Leadership increases amount of XP that the unit can produce; looking at promotion is short sighted in that it ignores the amount of XP that the promotion can put towards a GG. A drafted unit can gain 1XP from a barracks, due to rounding IIRC, in which case the GG onto a unit gives 1XP, plus the barracks XP = 1 promotion = leadership.

That means that Leadership can produce a significant amount of XP in terms other than promotions. Also IMP is fucking baller.

The minimum XP on a unit that's taken leadership is 2. It's not important how it got there.

As for GG points, leadership does not give you any extra.

The one good use of it IMO is to get an extra heal from promoting in a key moment.

Would you say that changes on a CHM leader?

Pindicator - I went through and did inventory of our west-side Grens like we wanted. Here's the breakdown:

Quote:West Gren counts:

GG CR3: 1
CR2: 6
CR1: 1
Formation: 2
C3: 1
Leadership: 1

Non-Amphibious and non-C1:
3xp unpromoted: 2

Zerks: 2 (3xp each)

We also have a 3xp unpromoted Zerk on Utah (equivalent of a Cr1 Gren for our purposes). So if you count the Zerks as CR Grens, we've got 11 of them right now on the west ocean. However, that doesn't leave a whole lot to defend TBS island in case Mackoti gets aggressive.
