PS: I hope we get Hinduism! smile

Creative civ must be Atlete10/kalin with Willem, he's the only creative leader around.

I'll follow your suggestions and will give orders accordingly. Feel free to play turns if you have time, since we have the strategy for the next 10+ turns discussed and it IS a team game! smile

After worker 2 has mined and connected the two cities he can connect the furs and start roading to the gold site and get the horses connected!.

Things are getting interesting now indeed! But looking at the demo I don't think anyone is aiming for war soon.

Now let's hope we meet some more people soon!

Turn 52:

Found Plako (no contact yet):

Barbs build us a city (but we do need some axes soon or Dantski might be there sooner!):

Turn 54 (not ended the turn yet):

We found Plako's long border to our east

And we met Jowy's scout near Krondor.
You can see Krondor will grow soon and that the copper mine is finished. The worker is building the road there now. Working the mine after growt will finish the monument in no time. We migth want to consider getting a few axes to take that barb cty before the barrack.

Worker in Rolan is done in 1 turn, warrior the turn after that. Then we start a settler and whip for 2.

After Poly (3 turns) we go for Writing.

What shall we do with EP? We can see Dantski's demo and are a few points away from seeing his science. Or do we go for Plako full speed to get his demo?

Turn 55:

Worker done in Rolan, work set to a warrior (1 turn) before starting a settler.
Worker moved to the hill to mine.

Warrior in the east explored a bit more of Plako's land.

Krondor will grow in 1 turn, copper will be connected and worked then. Worker will move to rice to irrigate.

Set EP's to Plako.

Still 2 turns before Poly, but Hinduism hasn't been founded yet...

Turn 55 or 56? Don't know about the numbering... 1800BC.

Copper is roaded, worker and warrior move towards rice and start irrigating.
Krondor has grown to size 2 and working the copper, monument will be done in 4 turns.

Rolan finished the warrior and started a settler (8 turns).

Scouting warrior shows a lof of mined hills in Plako's territory.

Only 1 turn until Poly... what can go wrong? jive
Do we revolt directly or after the settler is completed?

Turns will have to wait until after tomorrow since I have ... you guessed it, more SATS! duh

I too hope no one is planning to war ... with us! Of course I don't mind it if others are fighting evenly. lol

Should we send a welcoming message to plako? Hopefully he will be friendly to me since we worked together with team saturn over at civfanatics.

The barb city still gets both food resources. In the interest of time, it may be worth it to capture and keep the city and build a second city along the river to the east of that barbarian city.

Okay, so we're surrounded by plako and dantski. It seems like we have room for abotu 6 solid cities and up to a couple marginal cities.

I would keep putting EP on Dantski until we can see his research, and then switch to plako, but keep checking every turn to make sure that we can see Dantski's research. Knowing a rival's research is so powerful.

Okay, whip for 2 sounds fine.

Okay, copper roaded. smile Good, irrigate the rice. Monument done, no whip. Save the whip for later.

Revolt AFTER the settler is completed. smile

If you didn't already send them a message (s), I have one.

Quote:Greetings Broker33 and Plako of Gandhi/Korea!

I see that we have made contact several turns ago. Our exploring warrior has discovered that you are to the east of us and one of our closest neighbors. It is my best hope that we can develop our civilizations peacefully and in accord. We each seem to have plenty of land to expand so close borders should not be too much of an issue.

With that said, if you guys have anything you wish to discuss with us, feel free to do so.

DMOC (and Nakor) of Darius/HRE. smile

Quote:Greetings Jowry and Yazilliclick of Pacal II/Greece!

I see that your scout has made contact with one of our cities! smile It is always nice to meet a new civilization. If you have anything you would like to discuss with me or Nakor, feel free to ask us via our team email.

DMOC (and Nakor) of Darius/HRE. smile

Shorter message for pacal/greece since they aren't an immediate neighbor

How many turns exactly will it take for us to gain visibility into Dantski's research?

edit, just noticed civstats, dantski just whipped something. Hoepfully not an axe or settler
