Novice & plako, this might interest you: The webpage shows me still as connected even though I logged out couple of minutes ago. Probably because of pause.

Apologies, all. Caught out slightly by the time change, but in future please don't pause on my account. We need to keep this train rolling...

Played and resumed. Sorry, I completely blanked on the turn rolling like that. Thanks for pausing, I'll keep this pitboss more in focus that it's finally (squee!) rolling.

Babysitting players who don't follow this thread is going to get old fast, however. So in general I'm very much against pausing for someone who hasn't requested a pause.
In future, let's keep more with this. With so many teams, it is inevitable that some players may forget, but I don't' want to hold the game up unless there is a compelling reason. Hashoosh, I'm not sure if you have sent Cal your email address, but he can set up an email notification for you so you'll be informed when the turn has rolled and get a reminder to play.

File update relies on update function getting called every 250 ms. It probably won't while paused.

Well if we extrapolate our data, we'll only have to pause turns with a 'z' in the number. I predict smooth sailing and ample merriment from here on out!
I also failed statistics, but that's irrelevant

Hmm, I didn't get my e-mail notification for the latest roll. Am I expecting too much and it's not running yet/not got the latest set of requested e-mails in, or is there a problem?
Checked my spam folder, it's not there.

We've noticed, Caledorn said he'd look into it tomorrow.
I have to run.

I'm pretty sure I played my turn and ended a couple hours ago, but the stats still say I haven't ended. I'm gonna log back in to see if maybe I forgot to hit enter.
EDIT: OK, it was user error. I'm not even sure why I made this post before checking. Guess I was just very certain I hit enter.....
I'm just doing my best out here.

Email notification fixed, I think
As the Americans learned so painfully in Earth's final century, free flow of information is the only safeguard against tyranny. The once-chained people whose leaders at last lose their grip on information flow will soon burst with freedom and vitality, but the free nation gradually constricting its grip on public discourse has begun its rapid slide into despotism. Beware of he who would deny you access to information, for in his heart he dreams himself your master. - Commissioner Pravin Lal, "U.N. Declaration of Rights"
