Less than I'd like, probably around 10. I have a bunch in queue that have a turn into them which I will then whip, but it does mean the whip hasn't been done yet.

Another 11 units this turn. And I think I will actually get rifling next turn instead of in 2 turns. I need to strta getting rifles built so that I can get them to the front lines.

Scooter seems to be sending units south to raze the south coast:

That's fine with me really. I'm whipping all those cities to nothing. My eventual goal is to simply have a super huge stack on his border. I don't really care if my cities get razed in the meantime. Also part of the reason for this is:

There's no way I can compete on multiple fronts. To do so only weakens me as a whole. The only thing I can do is focus on creating an army for one front and making that army such a pain that it weakens Scooter on other fronts (plako, Mackoti, Commodre).

Will said super-stack be able to cast a wide enough area of influence to protect enough cities to keep you out of strike range?

It will be able to hold the line with Scooter in the North. And even if I'm in strike range it won't matter because that's not the goal. I'm thinking I might just gather the stack and then start moving into his territory. The main goal is to occupy kill his units. Secondary goal is to march on and sack his capital. (I wish.)

Well. Goddamn you Mackoti. Making me play this that much longer.

He sent a gold trade for 13 gold. 13 turns.

I may have to revise my strategy and move units to protect bacon (HE). Then abandon all my coastal cities. If I play this right I'll have a huge army and only 6 cities in 13 turns. But it will all be worth it if Mackoti then attacks and I can start marching my huge stack in at Scooter's capital.

3 things.

I have secured the first half of the turn timer with Scooter at the moment.

My power has risen to 6th.

I am whipping everything like a madman. rolf

I think this is D-Day. I'm logging in now. If I can wardec Scooter I will and take first half. I'll assess and maybe raze his city on our border.

Oh eff me he has airships. I can't wardec until next turn.

I think I may have to abandon the HE city. I have 18 units there, but he has 7 galleons = 28 units that can hit. The units are worth more to me than the city because the city can only produce 1 unit per turn, and I just need to survive 10 turns? ish?

DDAY:

Not quite 100, but in two turns I'll have moved another 30 units into the stack. So likely 120-130 units. Not bad.

I decided not to declare war myself. I am sure he will do it. I would have wardecced if he hadn't moved all the grenadiers into that city. Last turn they weren't there and I was prepared to launch all the knights at it. Now, I'll wait for Mackoti and let my coastal cities burn. I will only protect 5 cities. The only problem is I expect I will lose trade routes soon enough and as a result a good amount of money. As it is I upgrade about 3-4 maces/muskets to rifles a turn.

30 rifles is not bad if I do say so myself.

I'm curious to see how this plays out.

Looks like Scooter razed 2 and captured 1. I'm betting the capture is the island and the razes are baconbaconbacon and bacon. I hope they are at least. I want Scooter to raze all my coastal cities so he can't land 5 boats of grenadiers and walk them into my capital. It looks like he didn't raze BAcon, which means I get another catapult from that city this turn.

Waiting for Azza to play.
