Looks like Seven engi-rushed the Taj, and he already has MoM. So, uh, yeah. A GA on an empire that big for 12 turns is going to be nuts. I don't think he's even used a GP GA, so he could plausibly make it 24 turns.

I believe this game may be drawing to a conclusion.
