My side of the story: the last turn I played was 148 on April 9, and gmail says I sent 149 to TBS the same day.

I received turn 148 on April 9 and sent it off later that day, that time seems to match up with the tracker as the last time the save moved.

I'm bypassing the tracker for the time being until bob is removed, so it won't update until Dave sends it.

Looks like something went wrong when Dave attempted to send the file.

Sorry if this offends either of my worthy opponents, but why are we still playing this game? TBS is clearly gaining ground even with his magic shut down. The last time he attacked me, it was like the proverbial hot knife through butter. In five turns, it will be more like a laser beam through tissue paper.
