Greetings soldiers! I'll be offline for the next six weeks and so unable to continue my role in EITB34. Nothing has happened yet (T57) so an excellent chance to skip the slow early game. You are Kandros Fir of the Khazad. Ellimist of the Kuriotates is your only contact to the SW. Drama tech hits in 10T to complete the skeleton of an EitB economy (food, hammers, commerce, culture). Your competitors for the bard were the Kurios and the Luchuirp but AH & Mysticism for the former and Masonry (Gifts ofNanowhatever) for the latter make you the favourite. Remember -2 happy from dwarven vaults. Notify the other players here

Maybe? I think I read some starting thoughts in the various threads long ago...what is this version of EitB?

Hmm I really dislike Khazad but hey, I might be able to fill in. What diplomacy, lair, unique features, hut, compact rules do you have? I couldn't find it on the first page of the Tech thread so....

Yeah, all installs of v9 come with it now, IIRC they have for a couple years. I think Sareln might have it in his public dropbox folder as well.


Regarding the game rules, I'm not playing & only made the map, but I think the settings are:

* AI Diplo

* There are some lairs, but only in a very isolated completely optional "bonus dungeon" type area you won't be able to access for a while.

* No huts.

* There are a handful of unique features, but none of the really powerful / potentially game-breaking ones, and their placement is balanced.

* I'm not sure what everyone decided about the Compact.

Edit: Based off the most recent posts in that thread, it doesn't look like he has. Regardless, here is the link to the updated dll, Gaspar. It doesn't change the save format, so you can update without killing saves, just paste it into your /Mods/Erebus in the Balance/Assets folder.
