Turn 48 - 2080 BC
Two new workers (S and T). They started roading. The other workers (B and O) moved to new forests to chop. I put my research into Pottery this turn and last turn. Next turn, I swap back to Animal Husbandry (EOT51). My worker chopping near Cambridge will finish on T51 and will then go to improve the cows. I will try and organize the roading worker to be available at that time to to pasture the cows (oops - no can do ... micro plan calls for another chop).
By putting two turns into Pottery and then reverting to AH, I will finish AH with zero overflow and not lose any beakers to overflow rounding. I can live with that.
Q finished Pottery last turn. He is now researching Agriculture (7).
I have finally decided to put down some cash and register a website. It is www.ruffhi.com. Now I remain free to move the hosting options without having to change the name of the site.

Turn 49 - 2040 BC
My old workers moved to chop again. My new workers roaded. Cambridge picked up access to the corn when the road completed so that answered the question regarding when that occurred. I still have the question regarding when trade routes between my cities will kick in ... is it when I have connected them (ie the workers finish their road) ... or is there a routine that runs at the end of each turn that connects them? This is important as I am using the 2 beakers from those trade routes to bring AH down from (4) to (3) and finish it will very minimal overflow.
I am also reshuffling my warriors. The Woodie 1 in Boston is heading back out into the wild while the warrior in Cambridge is going to Boston. The newly minted warrior from Cambridge will stay there.

Research time: Breakout out WB and setting up a few tests ... I find that it is the trade routes don't kick in instantaneous (like the corn) but occur during the EOT processing. The kicker is that they occur after(!) the beakers have been computed.
I will need to revisit my micro and see if I can get those critical 2 beakers back (and at what cost).

I am going to be away from very early Thu May 22 to about late Fri May 23. Any lurkers (mh?) who want to play a turn?
I expect that we won't be past T55 by then and I have a working micro that takes me though to about T58.

Yes, I can play, if you can give detailed instructions.
I am not sure I am aware of the current overall plan.

Excellent. I will provide detailed instructions. One item to consider ... we have 2 settlers coming on T55 and T56. One is going north on the Boston river ... but the other? I was thinking north west to pick up the copper spot. Any other suggestions?
It is too early to push on Q (not enough defence).

Wow - this turn must have been interesting because I don't have a single screenshot from it. My micro said Boston works on Workboat, Cambridge on (another) warrior. Chopping workers chop. Roading workers road. Research on AH.
End of Report.

Zero screenshots last turn ... 6 this turn. First off ... the required double chopping results ...
Q has started to put some EPs on me so I am having to spend 75% of mine (ie 3) to hold visibility of his research. Agric in 4. My warriors also continued to relocate with the Woodie I warrior heading south. Also ... that Paul killing wolf is back.
Here is Boston configured for building settlers. Extra hammers from that +60%. I should pick up trade route income next turn.
The eagle eye'd reader will note that AH is just just shy of completion. 1 beaker shy. I flipped one mine to the netted crabs to get that extra beaker. It cost me 3 hammers into the settler. Will it delay its completion?
BTW - I cannot play while WilliamLP is playing. Game loads all the way, I get a micro-second of map info and then Crash To Desktop - ouch.
