Gotcha. TY Zak, great scene from a great movie. Guess it makes sense in this situation.

I don't see anything weird about asking Qg what he meant by that along with a small lighter under his feet. Taking little jabs at people and seeing how they react is a big part of scum hunting. His response made perfect sense, so I'll unvote.
I'm sceptical of what a mass role claim would give us. I don't think it's an outrageous or scummy suggestion, but it seems like the scum benefits outweigh the town benefits. I don't like the bandwagon on Azarius, I think he's being targeted for mislynching because he tends to overreact to accusations, thereby putting the noose around his neck. That seems to be happening here. Out of the ones accusing him, I'm least suspicious of Rowain. I think one or more scum jumped in to back Rowain once the conflict started rolling. Hopping back to work, break over.

Well, we have reached a stage of the game where people are making or at least trying to make "real", substantial cases. Your comment definitely stood out to me as something that was blown out of proportion. And if you still find it hard to build a proper case, but want to generate more leads by applying pressure to people, it doesn't make much sense to just unvote.
Basically, that was a typical day 1 vote, but you cast it at LyLo.
If you know what I mean.

I don't see a problem with unvoting if you've changed your mind on your suspect and have neither a lead nor the time to find one. I haven't had much time this week due to two large social events, a sick wife and a sick Catwalk. I could have waited with posting until I had time to sit down and decide on a new suspect, didn't think there'd be much point in that.
I'm not sure what you mean by the last sentence, or did you misread? I'll get back to the game later tonight, I don't have a suspect and I don't particularly like any of the current suspects on the list. I still think the Rowain / Azarius spat is a red herring.

Also, based on how inactive this day has been so far I'm guessing that the scum are quite content with seeing that spat run its course.

Oh that depends on their timezones and possible other targets.

I had a similar thought, which is another reason that I didn't like your vote for Q, as it looked like a way to just pass the time with something silly, while waiting for the day to run its course. My LyLo comment refers to the fact that another mislynch may well be game over for town.
Azarius, to make any progress here, I think we need you to calmly explain why you want (or wanted) Rowain to explain his Zakalwe/Novice theory. In other words, why do the details of that theory actually matter? Are they even relevant here? I think that is what Rowain is getting at, though I could be wrong.
Also, if you have a role to claim, I think you need to do it now.
Jabbz, have you abandoned your bulldog theory?
If you know what I mean.

I assume you mean the theory where I think that Rowaine is

I still haven't seen anyone else come out and say "ya know what, that's a good idea." which tells me that while it may not be 100% bad, at the very least its fishy and strategically questionable, it could also be fishING, and I'm not satisfied enough that's not the case to move my vote.
