WW33 - Walking Dead [GAME THREAD]

(June 1st, 2014, 02:14)Rowain Wrote: On a different note: to avoid the SK and the Vig targetting the same player I suggest that the Vig works his list of targets from the bottom up and the SK from top down.
Example both have Qg and jabbz in their list then the Vig should target Qg and the SK jabbz.

(and yes any vig still having munition should use it - the game might be over tomorrow anyway.)

Once again, the guy he went after all game was town, something he should have known. Now he is going after the only other person that went after him. He knows that tomorrow, if there is a tomorrow, I'm going to be pushing hard for a lynch, and there were some people who have over the last few days leaned towards him as well. He knows I can get them on board, and take out a scum.

Night phase will be resolved about 1 hour after the deadline. Sorry about the delay.

Night 2 write-up:

GoreRipper was chatting with another member of the group. At one point the conversation shifted to the days before the zombie herd surrounded them. Apparently in their rush, they had not had the time to clear out the shack outside, and it still had a bunch of weapons and some food in it. It was getting late, but together the two decided to go fetch the stuff. Tonight the herd was thinner than usual, they might not get another chance in a long time. They got to the gate and it looked promising. They opened it up, and GoreRipper ran for the shack, while the other guy threw rocks at shopping carts outside, trying to get the zombies to follow the sound and not overwhelm his buddy. GoreRipper got to the shack, but it was locked! He turned back, just in time to see the gate shut down. He had nowhere to go.

Rowain woke up from his slumber in the middle of the night. He could swear he heard something, but a quick sweep around the place proved that everything was as it should be. Perhaps he was just imagining things. Still, the paranoid man he was, he decided he should investigate. Rowain stepped out of the room, and was promptly knocked in the head by a man standing just outside the door. He fell unconscious. What happened after that was a mystery to the group, but they found him dead the next day.

GoreRipper was killed. He was a Bandit Godfather.
Rowain was killed. He was a Vanilla Survivor.

Day 3 begins.

Yes! GG Rowain.

This confirms several things:
Possible results: TTTTT, TTTTTT, TTTTTTT, TT, T, 0 Ts. We also know it is either DD or DDDD (which allows us to rule out 5/6 Ts). That we went 3 -> 2 kill tells us either that two factions/killers doubled up (probably on Goreripper given that the SK would probably want to work with town) or that there is another doctor or roleblockers present or that a big was one shot. The death of Brick/novice strongly prejudices away from a second vigilante and towards a SK (again, assuming sunrise was vigged) but is by no means conclusive. We can be sure there is at least one vig so 5 Ts is not possible. Thus,
Possible rolls (T): 0, 1 or 2 - Goon/Roleblocker remaining, possible SK but probability is against it.
Possible rolls (M): 0, 2 or 4 (too many Vs & Ds known for 5) - prejudiced towards zero due to lack of claims
Possible rolls (V): 1-4 - difificult to distinguish between them as too many variables in play
Possible rolls (D): 2, 4
Possible rolls ©: 0-4 - I would have expected some to come forward with results considering yesterday could've been lylo.

Well, that IS interesting...

Godfather? What's that?

More to the point, I think this has been a ploy to frame jabbz, not sure, but I'm going yo go out and vote Zakalwe

Any reasoning there? I've been spot on in my reads that Azarius and Rowain were town, and that Gore was unseemly. I guess I'm an easy target that you know catwalk will be voting against as well.

Those were excellent night results, good job to the vigilante or serial killer responsible. With Goreripper as a credible lynch alternative, I think myself + Hashoosh + Mattimeo have a lot of town cred. We also know a lot about the setup, I'll post more in a second as I'm being hounded by the WCC to go vacuum.

I find your conclusions interesting Qg. Please elaborate on what you mean by this:
"Possible results: TTTTT, TTTTTT, TTTTTTT, TT, T, 0 Ts"

Actually, I just misread your post. I think you made it a little confusing, but I understand what you're saying.

I would like to call for a full role claim now, and I suggest that Qg goes first followed by zakalwe. You were both on the wrong side of a fairly damning lynch yesterday. I'm also fine with zakalwe first followed by Qg, but I think it's critical that we get discussion flowing and don't get stalled waiting for answers so whichever of you is on should claim. Claim order is extremely important in order to catch liers, there will be a lot of counter claims today and we will very likely have all the pieces to solve the puzzle going by facts alone. Town and scum reads can supplement that, but I think facts and claims will take us very far. If there is a serial killer (highly likely, else we had two vigs hitting on N1) then he's going to be a major headache, unless he can be scanned. Bandit hunting should come first, though.

Qg and zakalwe, please claim your roles now or come up with really good reasons why you should not go first.
