Paused for dtay with 1:44 on clock. Hopefully there's no diplo window conflicts, but I was hoping to avoid a possible reload.

Really sorry everyone, I just forgot about this last night. No excuse at all, and given this is the 2nd time I'm going to be rather more vigilant about not continuing to slow this game down.

Played the turn just now and it rolled.
