What leader are you using? Being Creative Catherine would change the dopmap significantly from someone like Peter.

Minor looks good to me.

Major is tricky... certainly a very nice city, but you're actually giving up the rice to the south- no cities you could later found to work it, they'd all be too close. At first glance I'd move Major 1N, and then plant another city on the plains hill 1NE of the rice, but I haven't looked too carefully for optimum placement.

Scout city is pretty weak unless there's food in the fogged land. 1NW can share two different food resources with the capital.

Makes sense to me! Thanks! :3

Major is a very bad spot for a second city, and 1N is even worse. Neither of these spots have any food tiles besides oasisi and floodplains. You really don't want to waste time with floodplains farms with an Imperialistic leader; worker turns are precious here. If you must have copper with your second city (you'd want it more for barbs than genghis), plant it 2E of major. This at least has 2 weak food sources and can grab Moscow's gold tile when the capital needs to grow.

You'll probably just have to give up that rice nestled in the mountains to the south. Maybe, if there's seafood around, it could be worth just planting a city on top of it...

Major (mine) has the cows so I thought that made sense.

Maybe move Major 1SE, to get the rice as well. Two food, copper and no desert - can't be that bad, can it?

EDIT: cross post, new one looks good.
Okay Mansa, I'll take Printing Press for Liberalism. Now where did I put my cannons?

Well this new Major (2E) shares Moscow's rice when it needs to stop growth; and the gold.
