So what's the general state of this game? Apart from scooter, is everyone else willing and able to play on? If so, it makes sense to find a replacement. If there are others reluctant to continue, it might make more sense to call the game.
I've asked a friend if he might be available to take over for scooter, since it sounds like pindicator is reluctant/spoiled - haven't heard back yet. I'm also pretty much unspoiled for this game (paid no attention when I logged in for mackoti just now, merely chatted with scooter), but my schedule is a bit full right now. I wouldn't want to jump in only to have to leave a few weeks later. Hopefully my friend will be available, will have to wait and see.

Well, here's the thing; I agree with Mack about the Mansa/Monty trade...no desire to do that.
I'm having a blast...at 1t/day. It's enjoyable still at 4t/week. This 1t/week...less so.

I'm still very much enjoying the game, though my vote is weak. If people want to stop playing I'm fine with whatever resolution/call the people still in it decide on.
