Some places long stagnant need to take advantage of the Biology windfall, now coupled with the lack of war weariness and Notre Dame happy. There is no reason to not sport several grass farms in cities like Ferrata; farms and workshops going nuts just makes the modern era such a pleasure to play.

Which brings up a question... on a scale of one to ten, how many workers did you have? Seemed more than a little sparse even into the pre industrial age...
