I'm US (Central) & Ruff is US (Eastern), no idea about ipecac.
If longevity counts then Ruff & I have plenty, being veterans of PBEM & PB1 (back when there was actual diplo!); but I've been absent from competitive MP since then and don't know the metagame. Perhaps if we can't find a 7th dedicated Mentor, then we could add GermanJoey and form some sort of "no-quite-Green not-quite-Mentor" collective and just learn from each other?
