Or maybe not:

My plan is until we research pottery eot turn 48 or 49, after which we'll need to decide where and when to build/chop granaries and cottages. I suppose it'll be 1 chop + 1 whip for each granary?

2.5" Conduit will start Worker #3 (after the warrior) and complete it EOT 44. T45 The Hub takes back Pigs and finishes settler EOT, and finishes a WB and grow EOT T49, while 2.5" builds another warrior, completing T49 (or 48 if we want to push it one turn earlier).

Worker 2 and 3 will establish trade route between The Hub and 2.5" Conduit 1SW of 2.5" T46. They'll cooperate to build roads so that City #3 founds T48 with road network in place. (We'll need the WB to reach fish by this time). Worker #2 will pasture, with #3 helping for one turn so that City #3 can grow in 4 turns EOT T51, whipping the barracks T52 (assuming no religion spread).

Erm yeah, so I didn't see the note in time to switch the tile at 2.5", so the Warrior popped t40 instead of t39. Since we're 1t from growth, I set the build to Warrior and will switch to a Worker next turn. We can whip the Worker on t44 and have it out the same turn with a bunch of overflow hammers.

One alternative would be to instead of set to Warrior, we set to a Buddhist Monastery and then put the overflow into it and then whip to completion a couple of turns after that. That would allow us to create our own spreads if we need to, and gets us the Science bonus for when we're working the Silver (which is going to be "not much" since it's on Desert). We could also do the same with a Barracks.

Oh, and mackoti(Elum) built Stonehenge. We got their graphs this turn so I can tell they didn't get Hinduism as there's no Culture effect.

Monastery is good. Caledorn should be the one with Hinduism: I'd be really surprised if the only civ who started with Mysticism didn't get Buddhism, Hinduism or Henge.

Switched to Monastery; reworked the plan for the next few turns, but needs updating further.

Pasture completed. That Worker will move back to start connecting the cities; other Worker will finish Mining and then connect the Silver.

I started naming the Workers so we can track them if needed. In Binary, of course.

I'm playing on building a DIY server rack. Should be a fun project.

I have finally decided to put down some cash and register a website. It is www.ruffhi.com. Now I remain free to move the hosting options without having to change the name of the site.

Here's some explorifying for this turn:

And some revealed Luxuries:

Worker was whipped this turn and will move to start Roading the Southern Pigs next turn. It won't speed Settling, but will give us trade routes fast.

Update for the new turn:

Nothing of worth revealed to the West, so no shot of that.

Oh, and it seems that Elum/mackoti has met someone else - EPs are no longer equalised between us.

That's a interesting source of info.

Oh, by the way, how do turnsplits work in a war? Is there any post that explains the difference between being first and second in turn order?
