I think Yell0w has too many games in his hands for the time he can put into them. He's currently in 3 EitB PBEMs; that's pretty time consuming especially later in the game.

Yeah really sorry, but I worked 15 hours yesterday and just fell in my bed afterwards. Played the turn.
