Hmmmm... I wonder if there's any value in moving 2W and having the corn in the first ring. Probably not, no one works the food resource for the first 12-15 turns anyway :P

I think any combination of Agri/Hunting/Mining would be all right at this start. So it's the matter of checking the spreadsheet to see what's the most expensive option

So, Darius of Persia. Agri/Hunting was my preferred tech pairing, as both are more expensive than Mining. However, being late in the pick order, and not being too bothered by getting these exact starting techs, I wanted to snag a good leader. Darius I think is better than Pacal in RBMod, Exp has been nerfed and Org is quite strong. I'm not sure how string Fin is these days, but willing to try it

There are two civs which start Agri/Hunting, Zulu and Persia. Zulu was taken early, but Persia was still available as the last civ pick, so I was happy to get that
