I think we must rely heavily on the element of surprise and mobility. I dont see catapults being much usable for the attack and goals I have in mind. We cant really win a whole war with dtay. But razing a whole ring of cities + 1-2 deeper is possible imho.

The key to win something is in combined attack from sea with double city raiders and some knights and big slow mixed stack for direct hit.

This plan wille tie us to the vassalage for long time, but tbh we will not be able to use most of draft advantages that early if we wait for nationalism. This plan will let us build more commercial buildings too.

The main weakness for us is that we dont have engineerings and will lose time while gathering units.

I agree. I will send him deal. He sent incense against 50 gold but it can last only 10 turns if he doesnt forget to cancel it. While 5gpt deal we can definitely afford ourselves to have more flexibility with resources.

I think it's got to be the Shrine; these were probably our best odds of getting a Prophet.
