I may be. Sort of in and out today.
I have finally decided to put down some cash and register a website. It is www.ruffhi.com. Now I remain free to move the hosting options without having to change the name of the site.

Well here's the situation:
![]() As you can see, we could lose the Chariot next turn if Adrien is feeling frisky - OTOH, if he does kill it and we can get a Peace Treaty from him then that would be a fantastic outcome as he couldn't threaten our Settling Party. If that doesn't happen, we're going to have to slow the Settler (currently on the forest) to move with the first Axe as escort. The second Axe should catch up before they reach the site if they slow to moving 1tile. We're right on the edge of getting Mono next turn; we're going to put an additional unit outside borders next turn and if that increases expenses (shown in the Plan) then we have to tweak the tiles at the Hub to break even. That means that we can't afford to whip The Hub unless we cancel the Whip at Smurf Tube and work the commerce tiles there (we built the Workshop 1W of the city not 1E where it would get the river commerce). I think that tweaking The Hub is better. We need to decide what to start building at AP next turn; I have penciled in a Galley (only 50h BTW) but we can switch that to a unit if you think it's needed. I also switched TP back to Chariot from Axe, as we finish in 2t to maintain the Plan. We might want to delay the Forge build (or just catch the chop into it) to work on more units. I also think that Chokepoint should build Walls first - it's going to have to wait until the borders pop before it can build up a food surplus and we may be best to just work the plains hill forest for hammers until then. There's also an argument that we should grab Agriculture (finally) so that we can Farm the grassland 1S. Oh, and I forgot to ask about the Chariot; if it is alive, do we retreat it or continue to explore? I'm not sure on this, but if we do continue exploring I'd recommend E onto the Desert and then NW onto the phf - that gets the most tiles revealed in the immediate vicinity and keeps it "in the mix".
Pulled back the sentry warrior down south so next turn we can get him within borders if need be. Also reworked plan for worker 100 so that it'll be within borders next turn so that's less 2 supply gold next turn.
I'm not sure what to make of the Spear move: did Adrien anticipate our Chariot moving there and is going to kill it, or is it just a harmless move? If the former, we really need a replacement Chariot to deal with the Axe that might turn back at any time, so I'm really not sure whether to whip the Hub (and not work the pigs) or not. No seems to be the correct answer; we just have to play first next turn to pull the Chariot back. (on another note, yes it was agent that had the most cities). Adrien and Elum have made contact, probably in the north. IMO Elum will more likely use Prophet to bulb CS than go for Code of Laws and build Shrine or Bulb Theology. But who knows
My bet is that the spear is blazing the way for a trailing settler and that we will be done a chariot next turn.
