I'm not sure on this logic. It is unusual to be told that you were visited, and reading Brick my assumption wasn't that any player will be told if they are visited (meaning Bob knew he was safe to claim). I assumed that something specific has happened to Brick to give him that message.
Zak is right though that hypothetical Scumbob could have other ways of knowing he was clear.

FWIW I was informed that I had an action carried against me last night, but not informed of any consequences. IDK if it's something delayed, or just a harmless action, but in case something weird happens to me I figured it'd be good to make public.
If you are the one who did it to me, if you claim what the flavor of the action was I am willing to confirm/deny what you claim, in case it was an attempt to show credibility.
Brick can confirm, but this seems to suggest he doesn't know what action was carried out on him.
MJW are you willing to confirm anything regarding what messages you are providing regards resolution of actions?

To be precise, I was not told of any specific effect that was done on me, just a flavor description of it. I am assuming that that means I was targeted either with a harmless action that just results in a flavor notification, or that something happened to me, where I don't get to find out the specifics of what happened.

At any point in the signup, were we told that this is a modern mafia theme? Goreripper was using the terms mafia and mob throughout Day 1, but the normal default for our vocabulary is town/wolf. But Jkaen mentioned knowing this is modern mafia as well, so perhaps I missed it?

Did anything in the flavour make it seem like you were being primed for a two-stage kill, a la arsonist atttack?

I didn't have anything in mind but it has to be a modern village otherwise some things I put in the game wouldn't be possible.
