WW 34--The Slugfest!

I agree, I thought the day was going to be all about you, and/or other traitors, but it seems it's all about the Jkaen giving a vest to novice controversy.

Are we officially waiting for Jowy to wake up ? It's been 2 hours since the last meaningful post. I still think that there's something fishy about Novice, and Mattimeo could be a traitor thinking he's helping another traitor even if he's not mafia himself. Also, you know, there's the whole question of why isn't Brick a mass vote. We can leave him to Jowy if the village prefers but why wait ? We were all quick to jump on Bob when he claimed a town role, yet a self-confirmed traitor gets away ?

Beyond that my bad vibes are on Lewwyn. He hasn't even mentioned Brick today, is voting for Jkaen (unless I missed a post), and is happy to stay out of the mud while we all claim. Mattimeo, at least, claimed something.

Actually make that 3 hours, the last post are meaningless details or chitchatting with the traitor.

Well, I would like to resolve the Jkaen conundrum. Of course, lynching Brick is a fallback option, but it's technically a mislynch.

If someone vigged Jkaen last night they should come forward to lend credence to his claim of surviving two gunshots.
I have to run.

I think people are processing today, there's info to work through, and probably people are hoping that Jowy will somehoe wave a magic wand and help explain it, as he suggested he might. I would prefer to hear more frmo Lewwyn too, but I can understand him wanting to wait.

The scum are probably keeping their head down while the focus is elsewhere, similar to when the focus was on Bob yesterday.

As for my thoughts today,

First off, I believe what you've said Adrien. I read you as town.

Re: Brick - I have a lot of thoughts, but I am withholding judgement for now. I want to see how things evolve. At the moment, not a lot of evolution clearly. Sorry Brick, town or scum you probably deserved more applause for your awesome reveal.

I would be verrry interested to hear from Jkaen as to why he would be in BaII's contact book. Did you give a vest to BaII, Jkaen? That obvtown friend to the village?

Novice I have reservations about, and would be pushing him harder except that so many other people have thrown themselves into the limelight. We have a surfeit of scum.

I also have growing doubts about Mattimeo. His role and your role seem to largely overlap, you are information gatherers. I have a town read on you, vs no good read on Mattimeo. Also, Bob was a town hyperbomb, so unless it was 100% bastard role, I guess that scum probably have night actions to visit people as well, and Bob was a potential danger to them. Also if there are town-aligned vigilantes as there seem likely to be, then it would make sense for scum to have a way to try and find them.

SO there are my thoughts for the night. I hope when I wake up again that things will be on the move again.

I didn't include some role names in my PMs; just what they did. You can see it in Goreripper's PM for example.

Jkaen, you said earlier that your flavor suggests that there is no SK. How so?

And you claim to have visited Sunrise during night 1 to give him a vest, and then Novice during day 2 to give him a vest? Correct?

Mattimeo, are you both a tracker and a watcher, is that it? I.e. you pick a single target and then both track and watch that target?

Oh and Brick, you're not on some secret Internal Security mission to vote for every player, are you? smile
If you know what I mean.

My serious read on Brick is that he is a bona fide traitor and largely telling the truth about his role. It would make sense for him to explain his limitations so that the mafia knows how much voting power they can count on. So he's a good lynch if we can't find any more promising leads on "real" scum. In any case I imagine we will have some kind of massive shootout tonight, which may be where things are really decided, so the most important thing today is not to mislynch. It might be best to leave the Novice/Jkaen resolution until night, too. (Although, if Jkaen is telling the truth, then *both* of them are wearing bulletproof vests. lol)
If you know what I mean.
