OK, so maybe sticking to the turn order is a good idea:
3 Workers is excessive, but that's a 1t chop before putting a Settler on the spot from the Galleys. Or, of course he could hit the city with 2Galleys worth of troops....
I moved the Axe back into the city from ZIF and whipped the Axe in the queue. 2Axes and a Warrior should make it prohibitive for him to attack. I've tweaked the tiles (working the Workshop instead of one of the Clams) to enable us to put out a 1t Trireme using the pre-chopped forest - yes we had it lined up to go into the Forge, but IMO right now a Trireme is more urgent. Of course if the Galleys retreat, we can put the overflow and chop into the Forge (or other units) instead.
I also left the Galley in the city so we could load the 2Axes to foray outwards if we see an opportunity.

Warning. Units in a boat will not defend if the city is attacked.
I have finally decided to put down some cash and register a website. It is www.ruffhi.com. Now I remain free to move the hosting options without having to change the name of the site.

Right. I'm 95% certain that I unloaded him ... but I'd better go back in and make 100% sure.

Just when I thought we could have a period of peace

Sounds good.

BTW, I was all set to suggest that we shift Moai to Keystone Jack (much faster to get up and running & more central), but got distracted by this whole deal.
So what do you think?

So what do you think? I was thinking the exact same thing.
Edit- We can pause the Library build and get Moai in 10T with a triple whip (only 50% bonus from Stone)

Bad news, and worse news:
Bad news:
Elum settled so Cows is not available for Network Bridge and Gems may not be viable either. Elum also just got Horses. The axe up there needs to pull SW to block any attacks from Elum, because...
Worse news:
Adrien for some reason is interested in mutual loss; he landed a stack on our Stone (which we can't work):
We don't need Trireme now but another Axe which we can chop to completion this turn. Shall we kill the Settler?
Matchup will likely be: (Adrien vs Us)
C1 Shock Axe vs C1 Shock Axe, hill def + 5% fortify: 24.07%
C1 Shock Axe vs C1 Axe, hill def + 5% fortify: 34.99%
C1 Axe vs C1 Axe, hill def : 25.94%
Without the warrior we have a 2% chance of losing outright. And he has a C1 Spear remaining
The main concern is that our core is undefended at the moment. Given the defenders' advantages, he is not going to take anything in the core, only make himself a pain. I've put core cities tentatively all on an axe build. In ZIF we may also have to chop Granary->Walls instead of Granary-> Lighthouse as planned. Swapping Twisted Pair to 1T Wall (in view of Elum's horses)

Yes, kill the Settler with the Warrior and then move the Galley so it can pick up the Chariot next turn. Chopping a 3rd Axe in should make the odds silly for him to attack.
He shouldn't have a map of our core so moving forward on a harassing mission may be a possibility. Sprinkle an odd Chariot amongst the Axes. Also, Smurf should probably work on a Trireme, since he may be sending a force to the South as well.
Elum, well that's a bummer. We just need to prioritise the Barracks so we don't fall behind on Culture.

Actually, leave the Galley so it can pick up the Warrior next turn, but move the Chariot SE so it can embark also.
The experienced Axe needs to turn around and head back North...

It may not be viable.

Trireme shouldn't be needed since it'd take him a long time to ship troops to the South.
